Lol when you get a chance to celebrate those close to you... make sure you do it. From 225 down to 207 and now at 230 solid, strong and confident! Body fat has gone missing, like it ran away from home. Lol my training partner/client/bro done gained all the weight.. now I see why I'm stuck... luckily my passion doesnt allow for this to be about me...salute bro! Wait till you see what's next!

It’s been a rough past month, between work, coaching, training and battling this knee injury, i haven’t had anytime to meal prep, Soooo my diet has been nowhere near where it was before, 😭 luckily I haven’t gained or lost 🙌🏼 it’s bulking season and time to get back on 💯 carbs and high protein are gonna be my best friends these next few months 🔥 If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Sick shoulder pump last night!

Started with
💥Leaning side lateral raises and superset it with cable side lateral raises with lighter weight. (The tension you get from cables is a lot different from free weight and when mixing the two you get a sick pump🔥)5 sets of 10-15 reps. 💥Front raises to target the front of the delts.
I️ did this with a EZ bar and had my palms facing up.
Make sure the bar goes a lil higher than your head to get a better contraction. 4 sets 10 reps. 💥Seated front dumbbell raises.
At the top of each rep I️ would meet the dumbbells than separate back to shoulder with and slowly go back down.
On these I️ used light weight and just went for the burn controlling both eccentric and consecrated part of each rep. 🔥Superset🔥 immediately after that followed 💥Seated dumbbell press. On these just press the dumbbells forward till your arms fully extend (like a dumbbell press for chest) while keeping your elbows as high as your shoulders. 4 sets 15-20 reps. 💥Smith machine Shoulder press.
I️ did drop sets for each set.
First set I️ picked a weight were I failed at 10 reps.
The drop set I️ dropped it to a wait to fail around 15 reps.
4 sets total. 🔥Reverse dumbbell flies superset with face pulls.
10 reps on reverse dumbbell fly sets
15 reps on face pull sets.
5 sets each 👀 ‼️ IG is letting us save our stories and some of this workout is saved. So far I️ have a leg day quad workout saved maybe too maybe I’ll try to make one for each body group🤔
