| Full on back to basics bodybuilder workout using mega high volume 💪
This was a workout I haven’t done for about 4 years since I competed in my first and last men’s physique show! This one really shocked the system and left me with those disco pumps & in a world of pain the next day 🤪
I lost the love for some of my old routines because of a change in mindset and goals with my fitness & physique. However this type of volume I really enjoy and will definitely be using more of! -
This one took an hour on the dot, try this one on your next Pull day for some insane volume;
1️⃣ Pull ups (failure) into lat pull down drop sets (12/12 reps) x3
2⃣Barbell bicep curls:
50 reps - 50s rest
40 reps - 40s rest
30 reps - 30s rest
20 reps - 20s rest
10 reps - 10s rest
3⃣ Deadlift into pendlay row x3
5 reps of each, working your way down to 1 rep of each
4⃣ DB row (12) into straight arm pull down (12) X3

Early this morning, Sunrise. Sultry. Sweaty. We had natural & lyrical cheerleaders in the birds. .

K repeats by 6 on grass. Cross country. Parts of this field has dirt and sand. Pushing off to pick up speed wasn’t happening so fast.
Getting stronger with every workout.
And training through foreign lands while travelling is always such a great experience. 29 degrees early. I was sweating within five seconds 😅

We are now in a beautiful part of #Goa.
