Had a LOT of fun playing around with different leg shapes in this pose, but went with the awkward "feet coming for your face!" variation 😂💁

Today I took the plunge and enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training 🧘🏻‍♀️ 📚 This has been something I’ve been wanting to do for a few months, but never knew when the time was right. I finally realized if I’m always waiting for the time to be right then I will always be waiting....it’s now or never. I’m ready to start this beginning of a new chapter in my life. It is not the final objective or goal, but a beautiful step! I’m excited about this journey ahead of me and all the wonderful knowledge to gain about life, meditation, breath work, mudras, self-development, conscious living, and so much more 🤗
Durante a prática regular de Yôga, você usa e suspende seu próprio peso corporal para condicionar os músculos, de forma isométrica, sem repetições, ganhando força, massa muscular, definindo e tonificando todo o corpo, sem correr riscos de lesões por esforço repetitivo.

Whenever I stretch upper body I try to incorporate lower body stretching too. Multitasking is a must to keep on track with all my daily yoga intentions. One of my favorites is #lotuspuppy pose. After warming up with push up in lotus I rest here in #puppypose and then press hips to floor and do reverse prayer hands at my back. .
