The below words really rang true, rang loud, rang clear, and rang strong with me.
It’s something I feel like a lot of folks struggle with.
We have to remember there’s no “wrong” way to be fit, to be healthy, and to better yourself.
Stop the guilt and the comparisons.
Demand the most from yourself, do you, and do it the best you fucking can. ✊🏼❤️ _____________________ “You can workout for 2hrs or 20 minutes.

Eat clean, count macros, or both, or none.

You can have 1 rest day or 3.
_____________________

You can focus on your upper body, legs, cardio.

You can choose to look “skinny”, have muscles, or yes... even both

Basically there’s no wrong way to be fit and healthy.

If you’re trying to better yourself, then you’re doing it right.

We need to stop the comparisons and the guilt.

Oh he/she lifts heavier than me. He/she does more cardio. He/she eats less. He/she works out 2hrs a day. He/she has more progress than me... _____________________

Guess what... he or she is NOT YOU.” _____________________

Keep doing you.
Stay consistent.
Be thankful for where you are while still going after what you want.

And like it says above, the most important thing to remember is if you’re trying to better yourself, then you’re doing it right.
