Failure & 💯 sets
Here is a quick tip for whenever you want to workout but don't know what to do!
👉🏼Pick a few key exercises, like crunches, push ups, tri dips or squats and either go till failure OR do 100 reps as fast as you can! Then do it again! 😬
🤗 It's a great way to make an exercise cardiovascular, plus it will give you that satisfying burn 🔥 feeling!
☝🏼I also add these sort of sets at the end of my routine so that I finish on a high! 👌🏼
Water is the most perfect traveller because when it travels it becomes the path itself!
