Using all kinds of bands here to help Kimberley warm up on leg press.
Correcting issue with right knee collapsing inwards using a hip circle. We ended up keeping this on for the working sets as it worked really well.
The foot plate on this leg press is a beast at 80kg so used bands to reduce the resistance at the bottom while warming up.
Give the hip circle a try if you’re trying to engage the glutes more and/or have knee collapse.

Been at work back home now. Had a bacon roll for breakfast. Banana 🍌 and apple 🍎 for lunchesk snack. On my second cup of tea ☕ for the day 😊. .
...I have I cough cold coming on 🤧😷🤒😴 so I couldn't be arsed with people today and wanted to get my arse outa work lickedy split lol. 🏃🏻‍♀️

#ThrowbackThursday on a Tuesday, because, why the hell not? Anyways, this was me looking super lean last year and I can’t wait to get SHREDDED again later this year – I MISS THE CUTZZZZZ!💪💪

That wasn't fast or pretty, but I got there in the end!

The first 3 min run, 1 min walk runs. A lap and a half in and I felt really good. 3 mins meant I could keep a good rhythm and cover more of the route.
I then got cramp in my foot..... I tried to keep running to try and run it out, but it wasn't happy. So I walked for 5 mins to keep moving but to let it settle down. It did the trick, but it took me out of my rhythm.
I got there in the end and finished on a sprint. Not a brilliant run, but I'm pleased I keep pushing myself.
