What a great workout.
Arms and ab day.

Great workout today!!
Don't know how sexy or scultped I'll be, but I sure feel amazing doing this!
I'm really thankful that I have the beachbody on demand app that I can use on my phone. And that I have the time to do my workouts at work!!!

My knees may hurt at times.
I may not be losing as much as I wanted bc my eating habits have been not so great of late...
But when a friend and then your hubby wacks your butt and then stops and says, "Damn, your A** is solid..." Well, that just makes a girl feel AWESOME!!!

Today I had a conversation about my vegan lifestyle and this friend thought that being vegan meant healthy. She was very surprised when I told her that many vegans and vegetarians were unhealthy because they eat lots of processed vegan food, lots of fried and sugary foods which all lead to diabetes and heart disease.
I try to stick with Whole Foods, even before becoming vegan.
I had so many digestive problems that led me to the hospital and even having several surgeries. For me there is not turning back and I will continue to read and learn about food and its effect on my body. I m always paying attention how certain foods make me feel like. The 80 day challenge I am currently doing and hosting has the whole nutrition for vegan and non vegan, it’s amazing how much I am learning from it.

Hoy tuve una conversación sobre mi estilo de vida vegano y este amiga pensó que ser vegana significaba estar saludable. Se sorprendió cuando le dije que muchos veganos y vegetarianos no eran saludables porque comen mucha comida vegana procesada, muchos alimentos fritos y azucarados que conducen a la diabetes,las enfermedades del corazón y desnutrición. Algunos veganos no les gusta los vegetales y tienen este estilo más por razones de ética que de salud.
Yo trato de comer lo menos procesado que pueda y menos azúcares especialmente las refinadas, incluso antes de volverme vegana ya había dejado de comer de latas , conservas, etc
Tenía tantos problemas digestivos que me llevaron al hospital e incluso tuve varias cirugías. Para mí no hay vuelta atrás y continuaré leyendo y aprendiendo sobre la comida y su efecto en mi cuerpo. Siempre estoy prestando atención a cómo ciertos alimentos me hacen sentir. El desafío de 80 días que estoy haciendo actualmente y hosting tiene toda la nutrición para veganos y no veganos, es increíble lo mucho que estoy aprendiendo en esta etapa.
Trata tu cuerpo con respeto, dale alimentos potentes y de calidad.

I have to say...I have missed my lunchtime workouts. I missed yesterday completely... It wasn't even worth trying, I felt so off.
Just did my Booty workout and gonna do my 10min abs now. It'll be nice, tonight, not having this on my mind!!
