來到這裡彷彿置身韓國咖啡廳,從裡到外都讓人心花開滿滿,整個視覺都好喜歡❣️
炸得酥酥的吉拿棒配上燻鮭魚跟厚切培根超美味,培根厚到我差點咬不動,所以私心愛燻鮭魚多一點,半熟水波蛋劃開配上吉拿棒美味再加分。
濃湯有濃濃的紅蘿蔔味,但不吃紅蘿蔔的友人卻把他喝光了🤤

Big love for this dish called Capesante from @BisteccaTuscanSteakhouse! The pan-seared Japanese scallops are complete with roasted Shimeji mushrooms and saffron celeriac puree. The fresh scallop does the trick here, with the touch of saffron on the celeriac puree lending the dish a more elevated flavour profile.

前一年冬天知道士林夜市有草莓車輪餅就很想來吃吃看,沒想到等真的去的時候已經過了季節,擔心進口草莓酸度偏高就沒有嘗試,這次趁著草莓當季馬上來試試看😍總共有「冰火草莓」和「奶油草莓」兩種選擇,前者是冷凍草莓,提供冰熱交融兩種口感;但因為我偏好新鮮草莓所以點了「奶油草莓」卡士達內餡加上4-5顆草莓,卡士達內餡意外的不會太過甜膩,整體搭配起來的口感還不錯,可以嚐鮮看看✨

Had lunch at @dinezmarinaone today! They're running a discount for 30% off the second plate till the end of February! I ended up paying about $10 for mine (aft discount)

What I had: Soba, Salmon, Potatoes, Broccoli & spiced hard boiled eggs, topped with coconut flakes!
I thought the eggs were spectacular, the potatoes were good and the rest was alright. Probably wasn't the wisest choice for me to get coconut over soba, but still a good meal nonetheless. .
.
I would go back again, but it's a bit too far a walk from my office 😭 Besides, there are too many salad stops around my area already!

Kalo lagi punya stok abon 'gatel' dah pengen bikin floss roll gini 😆 Bikin sendiri puas abonnya yah, bisa nambah sendiri 😬

Resep masih pake yang sebelumnya, di taroh lagi ya di bawah

Bolu Gulung Abon

Bahan:
-6 telur utuh
-6 kuning telur
-80-100 gr gula pasir
-1 sdm cake emulsifier (optional)
-1 sdm air
-100 gr terigu protein sedang
-20 gr susu bubuk
-¼ sdt baking powder
-100 gr margarine+30 gram unsalted butter, lelehkan dan dinginkan

Taburan:
2 batang daun bawang iris tipis
1 buah cabe merah, buang bijinya dan cincang kecil-kecil (saya skip)
Wijen secukupnya

Filling:
50 gr mayonaise
1 sdm susu kental manis
↪Campur kedua bahan ini, bila kurang bisa ditambah
Abon sapi/ayam secukupnya

Cara membuat:
1. Ayak terigu, susu bubuk & baking powder. Sisihkan.

2. Panaskan oven 200’C. Siapkan 2 loyang persegi. Alasi loyang dengan kertas roti, olesi dengan margarine/minyak oles loyang. Sisihkan.

3. Kocok telur, gula pasir, cake emulsifier & air sampai mengembang, kental, putih dan berjejak.

4. Masukkan campuran terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok dengan mixer kecepatan paling rendah atau aduk balik dengan spatula.

5. Masukkan margarine+butter cair sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata dengan teknik aduk balik hingga benar-benar rata dan adonan sudah homogen.

6. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang, ratakan permukaannya. Taburi dengan daun bawang, cabe merah dan wijen.

7. Panggang dalam oven hingga permukaannya berkulit kuning kecoklatan dan sudah tidak lengket bila disentuh, sekitar 15-20 menit. Jangan over bake hingga cake terlalu kering, nanti bisa mudah retak/patah saat digulung. Angkat dan keluarkan dari oven.

8. Keluarkan cake dari loyang, kelupas kertas roti yang menempel pada cake. Balikkan kembali ke rak kawat. Biarkan hingga dingin. Balikkan kembali ke atas kertas roti. Oles campuran mayonaise, beri abon merata. Gulung sambil dipadatkan dengan bantuan kertas rotinya, kencangkan gulungan agar bulat sempurna. Biarkan tergulung beberapa saat. Buka perlahan kertas rotinya. Potong-potong sesuai selera.

Good morning lovelies! With the coming of spring in Tangier comes fresh strawberries on every corner and I’m pretty thrilled about it. This toast combo is my favorite breakfast lately: tahini, honey, strawberries + chia (oh and a sprinkling of the last of my homemade granola- is it weird to put granola on toast?)
And coffee. Always coffee ☕️🍓
