I’ve realized that I deleted almost all old pictures of myself 🙈. In any case looking at the progress I’ve made makes me very happy. I’m still working towards my goals but overall I’ve achieved a great deal. The left is me in 2013 at 125 when I obsessed about being a “low” weight and calorie restricted. The right is today 8lbs heavier at 133 eating around the clock. Only been committed to the gym about 2 years. I’ve been lifting weights faithfully the last year and a half before that I was mainly cardio based and scared to lift. Goes to show hard work and dedication pays off everyday even if you don’t notice it immediately. Every workout is one step closer you just have to believe 💪🏼👌🏼 .

I can’t believe how much our senior youth jiu jitsu class has grown. There is nothing more rewarding than teaching these kids and watching them grow!

En liten uppdatering på övningarna 🤗 Äntligen fått såpass många olika varianter att jobba med så nu ser det i alla fall ut lite som ett träningspass 😝
Fyra veckor, bara dom här. Inga lyft, inga kompromisser, bara lugna avslappnande viktlösa övningar...
Tur att tristess är en sinnesstämning annars hade jag kunnat bli nästintill galen av bara takten! 🤪🤣
Men jag tror Kosmos fick slut idéer på att stoppa mig så att fucka upp min disk var nog det enda kvar 😂🙈 Jag kan inte annat än att säga touché och tack Universum. Jag fattar nu hur balans ser ut 💪🏽⚖️

I struggle with my diet but when people at my work bring in puppy chow it’s hard to say no!
I am absolutely blown away, yesterday I received this letter to say BodyBlox Fitness has been nominated for The South East Customer Excellence Award, what a privilege to have just been Nominated, it reassures me that what we are trying to accomplish here at the facility is working.

Low to high cable-crossovers are amazing for working your upper chest and 'filling in' the size of it! Hold at the top for 2 seconds to maintain tension, before slowly lowering down.
