Improvement season is going great so far 💪🏼 I feel like through the past half of a year I’ve made quite a good progress. The main reason is that I started to use my mind while training, not only trying to lift as heavy weights as possible but also maintaining a proper form while performing the lifts and really squeezing the muscles! +I’m Constantly pushing through my limits (that also includes crying mid sets😅)! That’s where the magic happens ladies🤷🏻‍♀️😜🍑
How many of you can relate to this? Most people will eat healthy and within their recommended calories Mon-Fri, exercise and do their cardio...then have "cheat meals" on the weekends...sometimes consuming more than a days worth of calories in one sitting alone!! Then...people who typically follow this pattern wonder why they aren't seeing any results in their weight loss. Proper nutrition is not what you eat Monday-Friday. It's what you do consistently throughout the whole week. During this mornings workout I was thinking about how we are all motivated different and by different things. Lately I have noticed my workouts haven't been as FUN as they once were and I have been just doing them because well.. it's my job and thinking about what motivates me.. MOTIVATED ME to get back to what I enjoy about working out!!! I've also got a little SECRET👄 for ya... I HATED WORKING OUT or anything active for that matter before these at home workouts. I never played sports, never worked out regularly and never did anything in gym class. I actually FAILED gym one year because I didn't do ANYTHINGGGG!🙈 I was always the one who chose to "walk the track" instead of play sports. Anybody relate ??? 🤣
