This is beautiful Carmen. She is 35, two time breast cancer survivor, but third time is not the charm. we don't know how much time she has left. Her wish is to see Japan while she can still walk. She needs $1,500 to fully fund the trip, which I am helping to plan (and I will be maximizing your dollars!), and if you have hotel points, let me know. Her GoFundMe is and linked in my profile. If you can't give please please LIKE THIS POST so more people can see.

Tomorrow will be 1 week on the Autoimmune Protocol. I'm not going to lie, this diet has been extremely mentally and physically tolling. Most people who do this diet eat a wide range of meat, and I only eat fish. I've been fatigued a lot, frustrated most of the time, and have even accidentally eaten banned ingredients (salad dressing is dangerous). Now, time for the pluses. I've had amazing support from friends who have been patient and accommodating, and who have checked up on me. I've lost around 5 pounds in a week which is something I've been struggling with, and above all, I do generally feel better. Being consistently sick throughout my 20s has been a struggle, but I feel like I'm on my way to recovery. Tonight, my blog post about elimination diets, and why you shouldn't judge people for strict diets will go up. Thank you all for your constant support and kind messages. Here's to health ❤️
There is nothing more inspiring than seeing others push through that 26.2. Congratulations to all those who toed the line in Tokyo!
