🥜🍌Peanut Butter Cup Parfait- Low Carb
This is a great recipe by Dr. Mike Roussell that I changed up just a bit. Its LOW CARB, filling and tasty!!
•••• ❇️ Recipe (1 serving):
• 3/4 cup 2% plain Greek Yogurt
• 2 tsp unsweetened baking cocoa or chocolate protein powder (@ascent_protein is what we use)
• 2 Tbs Peanut Butter
• 2 Tbs Powder Peanut Butter (Naked PB is what we use. Great taste. )
• 1/2 Banana, sliced
• 1 ts Chia seeds - In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the yogurt, protein powder and PB.
-In separate bow, toss powder PB and bananas, coating slices.
- In parfait glass or serving bowl, layer as follows: yogurt mixture, banana slices, yogurt mixture, banana slices, yogurt mixture & chia seeds.

Probably the most weight I've ever done on dips. Super stoked! Finished with as reps as possible. Strong triceps= strong BENCH!!

✴️ Wanna train your Core hard?! Try RKC planks! NOT your average plank. ••••
1. Make sure hips are straight with back (see how he brings mine down)
2. My Tip! ---> I like a slight knee bend because it allows me to almost curl in as I'm planking.
3. Keep feet close and arms under you. Don't make a wide base. That makes it easier😉
4. Flex EVERYTHING you got for 5 seconds. Like EVERYTHING (butt, arms, legs, shoulders... All of it lol). As I mentioned, I like to slightly curl in as if I'm doing a crunch. You'll feel your whole midsection working hard
5. Do 5 secs on/5 secs off for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
6. You'll know you're doing it right if you're breathing hard... Like I am towards the end😁😬😘👊🏼

🔸Zercher Romanian Deadlifts using belt squat!
Love love love using the belt squat for everything. Mostly cause it’s so easy to load, the angles feel smooth for different movements and it mixes things up for me!!
