I will start "Strawberry Parfait of Sky Berry".
There are many strawberries grown in the area.
We used a lot of the finest "Sky Berry", and we made soft food cream with yoghurt of "Shinrin-no-bokujyo- , strawberry jam of non-added jam Coquelicot and all the ingredients made locally.
It is a very elegant taste because it uses natural sweetness.
Limited time period from 1/25 to 2/28.
