I feel like I’m about to go through a deep period of transformation. I’m letting go of all these ideas and fallacies and philosophies, theologies, and so forth of how we’re supposed to be and how we’re supposed to live, and how this so called spiritual, and enlightenment era is almost supposed to be played out. I’m dropping all that. The more I think about all these philosophies, and ideas of life, I feel as though it simultaneously initiates this growth and transformation within us, but also keeps us from actually changing and growing WITHIN. Think about it, we follow these people because of their practice and so forth and because we “want to follow that practice” too... so what, now we’re just a second-hand human being, imitating and copying someone else’s views and ideologies. How is that actually really understanding ourselves? It’s not... we’re foolish to think that that is a system of change within us. It’s the furthest thing from it. We have our own inclinations, our own ideas, conflicts, that to try and follow someone else’s system is a contradiction; it’s like leading a double life between what you want to be because of someone else, and what you want to be [or are] because of YOU, and your daily existence. All I’m saying is we’ve got to stop studying ourselves and who we want to be based on another person, otherwise we’ll always be second-hand. Be your own teacher and your own disciple. Question everything, philosophies, theologies, ideologies that have been shared with us, question them; and find what works for you. Remove yourself from being an individual, and start being a human-being.

~ HOMEMADE SUGAR FREE, GUT HEALİNG STRAWBERRY JAM~ 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓İngredients: 2 punnets strawberry, cloves, water, bovine gelatine................. Cook strawberries in little pot with 2TB water and 2-3 clovers and simmer on low-mid for 15 mins. Turn heat off then quickly add in gelatine ( this step is not essential, the jam will already be a thick-syrupy. İ only add this for gut healing benefits) Voila! ...
I’m beyond thankful for so many things...my health, friends, family, Marty🐶, bone broth, good food, the mountains, yoga...I could go on. I really do love this holiday because it brings everyone together around really great food talking about what they’re thankful for. I mean, awesome is that?! I can’t wait to share all the deliciousness I made over the past couple days, it always fills my heart to cook really nourishing food for other people. I hope you all enjoy this day!! xo

Magnesium is very important! 👻

Magnesium plays a critical role in brain function and mood, and low levels are linked to an increased risk of depression.

One analysis of over 8,800 people found that those under 65 years of age with the lowest intake had a 22% greater risk of depression.

Some experts believe the low magnesium content of modern food may be the cause of many cases of depression and mental illness.

However, others experts emphasize the need for more research in this area.

Nonetheless, supplementing with it may help reduce symptoms of depression, and in some cases the results can be dramatic.

In a randomized controlled trial of depressed older adults, 450 mg of magnesium improved mood as effectively as an anti-depressant drug.
