Well because sometimes you do different things, and sometimes you just need a little help.
Had seen badass yoga babe @erinkellyart do a pretty gnarly, obviously more advanced version of this, and after my practice I REALLY wanted to try...... clearly I have a lot of work to do...... but I worked up a sweat trying for about 10 minutes.

Uṣṭrāsana
(oo-strAH-san-na); Camel Pose.

* Come to your knees, with your legs hip-width apart. Place your hands on your hips, with your thumbs on your sacrum, the bony plate at the base of your spine. Keep your hips over your knees and internally rotate your thighs, squeezing them toward each other.
* Inhale to engage your lower belly and reach your tailbone toward your knees, creating space between your lower vertebrae.
* On another inhalation, lift your sternum and draw your elbows toward each other, allowing your rib cage to expand.
* Keep your chest raised, your core engaged, your spine long, and your chin tucked as you drop your hands toward your heels.
* Press the heels of your hands into the heels of your feet while draping the fingers over the soles. Keep lifting through your sternum.
* Now lift your shoulders to allow the trapezius muscles between the shoulder blades to rise up and cushion your cervical spine. Gently lower the head and neck and gaze at the tip of your nose.
* To exit the posture, bring your chin back toward your chest and your hands to your hips with your thumbs on your sacrum. Engage your lower belly and use your hands to support your lower back as you come up slowly.

DON’T crunch the lower back by squeezing the butt, pushing the knees wider than hip-width apart, or pooching the belly.

DON’T pinch the shoulders together, tensing the neck.

paścimottānāsana (PASH-chee-moh-tan-AH-san-na); Seated Forward Bend, or Intense West Stretch
. •
*Sit on your mat with your legs extended in front of you in Staff Pose (Dandasana). Reach actively through your heels. Beginners should bend their knees throughout the pose, eventually straightening the legs as flexibility increases.
*Inhale as you reach your arms out to the side, and then up overhead, lengthening your spine.
*Exhaling, bend forward from the hip joints. Do not bend at the waist. Lengthen the front of your torso. Imagine your torso coming to rest on your thighs, instead of tipping your nose toward your knees.
*Hold onto your shins, ankles, or feet — wherever your flexibility permits. You can also wrap a yoga strap or towel around the soles of your feet, holding it firmly with both hands.
*Keep the front of your torso long; do not round your back. Let your belly touch your legs first, and then your chest. Your head and nose should touch your legs last.
*With each inhalation, lengthen your spine. -With each exhalation, fold a bit deeper
