This goof ball tried to sit on my face on the last move of leg day today! He thinks he was saving me but he doesn't realize I LOVE working my hamstrings! Haha! Crazy kid!

Good morning fit friends! I almost let the snooze button win today! But I hopped out of bed, peeled my eyes open and pushed play! Had to really focus today because it was a new program in phase 2! All new moves and I loved it! Definitely more dynamic this time around with compound moves, still focusing on the core in every round! Day 29 is in the books and that means tomorrow is leg day🏋️‍♀️😍 Love yourself a little extra today!

It was O'Dark 30 when I pushed play to legs this morning! Yes....leg day 🏋️‍♀️😫 I love leg day💕 but at 6 am its feels like 🤢and my quads are on 🔥!! brain is not quit awake yet and I just focus on he task at hand. I think Autumn tells you something inspirational every 30 seconds (I'm sure my clients thought this about me during class🤣)! What was the message? DON'T QUIT! Don't give up! Sow down, modify, lighten the load but JUST KEEP GOING! And that I did! I don't crave solid foods that early but this post workout orange recovery drink from Beachbody's performance line is my go to!
We can train as hard as we want...until we eat right and supplement our bodies with the right stuff it's all for not!

Cardio Stair Workout w/ Weight Vest
Played around with my weight vest again at the #SanDiego Convention Center Stairs and all I can say is 😰😫😵. If you’re looking to ramp up your workouts, this vest really takes them to another level, man.
Do each exercise and repeat for 5 rounds or until you want to die (whichever comes first).
🔸Lateral to Step Jump Squats
🔸Sideways Stair Running (repeat opposite leg)
🔸Mini Step Lunges (every other step)
🔸Stair Running
***These same exercises can, of course, be done unweighted and with any set of stairs.

Generating intensity in a workout with slow movements will give you more results than the inertia of swinging the weights around.

Accountability day 24!
Two more workouts in phase one and I am excited and nervous at the same time! These first four weeks have given me everything I have been looking for lately! 89 day Obsession IS a well thought out, tested and proven workout! The combos, the bands, the sliders, the weekly change ups with the routine! I am so much stronger than I was on day 1! But what is more awesome than that is how my nutrition has improved (we all slack sometimes!) my clothes fit better and I'm standing a little taller!
Thank you Autumn and Beachbody for continuing to strive for perfection when creating workouts for us busy workout junkies! I have done it all with workouts and they really put in the work to make these online programs PERFECT!
