Lingonberry coconut smoothie 💕 Here’s another shot of this pink babe!

Smoothie ingredients for 2: frozen lingonberries 200g, frozen raspberries a big handful, coconut milk (cream) 3-4dl, ripe banana, coconut sugar to taste. Plain plantbased yogurt for some swirls and raspberries on top.

The use of blueberries as a Native American folk medicine was a precursor to the extracts used today for a number of illnesses. On the most basic levels, vitamins K and C provide the highest vitamins in blueberries, with manganese being the most prominent mineral. The remaining nutrients list in blueberries is fairly balanced between vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, and copper. But perhaps it's the phytonutrients in blueberries that provide the most important health benefits.

Anthocyanins, which give blueberries their vivid color, also are known for their natural ability to neutralize free radicals. Other ingredients of consequence include hydroxycinnamic acids (such as caffeic, ferulic, and coumaric acid), hydroxybenzoic acids (gallic and procatechuic acid), and flavonols (such as kaempferol, quercetin, and myricetin), as well as pterostilbene and resveratrol. All unique to themselves and in combination with other compounds, each has antioxidant and inflammation-fighting properties – even protecting the retina of the eye, for example – making blueberries such a nutritious food.

超人氣林東芳牛肉麵🐄🍜 當日下午三點去到有成50人排隊,不過好彩turnover rate高,條隊去得幾快,一個鐘以內有得食。
今次揀咗細嘅半筋半肉麵,湯頭用十足嘅牛骨嚟煲,非常香醇,但味道對我嚟講偏鹹,不過食完唔會好口渴。麵條粗身似上海麵咁,牛肉又厚又淋,而且非常入味😍 反而牛筋帶嚼勁,並非煮到好淋,亦唔算入味。
注意2018年起林東芳牛肉麵已經搬咗去新址,唔好去佢哋舊鋪摸門釘啊💁🏻

Happy Sunday!! Masih terngiang wangi roombutter khas nya dari Tunggal Bakery. Salah satu legend nya yaitu Bolu Bakar Tunggal, iya bolu bakar, ga salah tulis kok, ini beneran bolu bakar.. buat yang penasaran bisa langsung cobain aja bolu bakar nya. Lokasinya ada di Bandung..

Braised Pork Chops over Cilantro Cauliflower Puree
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 mintues
Serves 5-6
Ingredients
For The Pork:
2lbs boneless pork chop, thick cut (about 6)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp ghee
braising mix: 1/4 cup broth, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, half a lemon, 1 tsp ghee
For Cauliflower Puree
4 cups diced cauliflower
8-12 oz bone broth
5 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
juice of one lemon
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup coconut milk fat (from unsweetened canned coconut milk)

Simmer your cauliflower and garlic cloves in the bone broth until very tender. You can also do this in your pressure cooker.
In the meantime, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Toss your pork chops with all of the seasoning in a bowl of bag until fully coated.
When the skillet is hot (water beads on it) add in 1 tbsp ghee.
Add in as many pork chops as fit comfortablly in the skillet, I did 4 at a time. Cook for 5 minutes then flipover and cook another 5 minutes. Remvoe the pork chops and cook the next batch in the same way.
Once done, lower the heat, add all of the pork chops back in to the skillet and pour the braising liquid in. Cover and let it simmer for a few minutes while you prepare the mash.
Transfer the tender cauliflower, garlic and broth to the blender. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Remove the pork chops from the skillet, serve over a shallow bowl of mash, spoon pan sauce over it. Viola! .

One of my fave podcasts, TBTL, is doing a crazy ass 24 hr marathon for its 10th anniversary. One of its amazing segments from forever ago was a cooking segment called Cooking with Sean. It ncluded this dish dubbed Tons of Efffing Risotto.
