Y por fin el frío ha llegado. Me encanta la lluvia, el frío y el invierno. Y además estos días es mejor noticia que nunca porque ayudará a combatir los incendios de mi querido Norte y Portugal 💜
Me encanta llegar a casa, encender una vela, ponerme el pijama y ponerme series, películas o simplemente leer o escuchar música. ¿Hay algo mejor? 😍
💪🏼🏋🏼 Gym Workout of the Day 💪🏼🏋🏼 Our new Strength & Conditioning classes which is a supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. The sessions cater for people of all levels you just need to able to give 100% into the training.
The sessions are designed to;
✅Increase strength of entire body
✅Increase muscle mass
✅Increase fitness level
✅Improve posture and functional strength
✅Change body composition

👉🏼Fitness is a funny thing. 🏋🏻‍♀️I’ve come to find it is very similar to running your own business 👩🏻‍💻🙋🏻Day by day it may seem like nothing changes, but then you look back and everything is different😳👌🏼BUT that’s only with the small DAILY consistent actions. (Like a 30 min workout😏) The shit you do even when you don’t want to, or your too tired, or you would rather be cuddled up on the couch watching mindless TV 📺👀(I’m guilty too😜) The difference between seeing results, achieving your goals, and experiencing success lies in that consistency and discipline. ✊🏼There are no secret short cuts, no magic pill, no wrap or tea🙅🏻Just hard work on repeat and how bad do you TRULY want it?! 🤷🏻‍♀️If you can dream it, you can achieve it!🤔💭But if you want something different, you have to do something different. 🤘🏼

Babe is out playing with the guys 🤘🏼and I couldn’t be more stoked to be home building my bizz, 👩🏻‍💻no pants and no boss telling me “you’re doing it wrong”🖕🏼only helping the people that want help! 🤗 This introvert feels drained today, I would much rather recharge and chat goals with driven humans than negative Nancies👎🏼Times have changed when you are so passionate about something it’s no big deal to work on the weekend so I can play later! ✊🏼

💁🏻“I wish I had your motivation” 💁🏼“Where do you get your energy from” 👈🏼 things people tell me DAILY. Truth is, the motivation isn’t always there, (especially today with moon 🌙 cycle coming in HOTT😫) and the energy comes from daily exercise in mostly the form of 20-30 min home workouts. 🏋🏻‍♀️Old Nikki would use not having energy and feeling crummy as an excuse NOT workout. 😞Today I worked on my core for 20 mins on a scheduled rest day!😏I love the natural energy boost I get from moving my body. 💃🏽And did you know fitness helps with cramps, as uncomfortable as it is during?🤗
You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to show up. When you are going to a BBQ, what do you bring?🤷🏻‍♀️
For me as a health and fitness coach I make it a goal to bring something healthy-ish to the table! ✊🏼 Brought dessert—Chocolate cherry froyo bites!😏 Perfect for the sweet tooth and munchies cravings! 👌🏼Creamy, chocolate cherry, melt in your mouth with no regrets!🤤The crust is like no other crust, sweet with a hint of salt and crunchy! All that I crave and guilt free AF! 🙃

Recipe(cause I know you are gonna ask)👇🏼
Crust- no bake.
3/4 c. Cashews
3/4 c. Pitted dates
1/4 tsp sea salt
Blend. Push into cupcake tins.
2 c. Plain yogurt
1/4 c. Raw honey
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
Add 1 cup cherry. Light chop.
Add filling to cupcake tins.
Add half a cherry on top for garnish.
Freeze for 4/6 hours. 💥 That’s it.

💁🏻Me a year ago staying accountable as a baby coach, 🙋🏻still me staying accountable as a coach but now I can carry 8 bags of groceries on each arm! 🙌🏼💪🏼 Progress AF! ✊🏼😂
👉🏼Old me used to be so worried and anxious about judgment from people. 🙈I thought that if I lifted heavy weights I would get BULKY and “look like a man” 🙄 Yes I am flexed AF in this picture from holding my body weight up, so no I don’t walk around like this , but I do have nicely shaped arms to help me carried ALL the groceries in one scoop. ☝🏼#prepinforwinter 👉🏼I had to get out of my damn head and not give a F what people think about/of me. I’m proud of me and that is what’s important!😏 No one else is walking in my shoes, 🚶🏻‍♀️so why would someone dictate how I feel about myself. 🙅🏻They don’t anymore. Ain’t nobody got time for that! 💃🏽
Being a coach has helped me find me, day by day through daily PD🤓(workout for yo mind) following a simplified meal plan🌱for focused energy, and 30 minute workouts with my tribe! 👯My favorite part about being a coach is now I have the opportunity to PAY it FORWARD to you!!🤜🏼🤛🏼 I teach you my knowledge, learn together, grow to better humans together, workout and be HEALTHY AF together and carry all the groceries in!👌🏼
