Stop 🛑 doing sit ups!! They are bad for your spine and hip flexors!

This is more efficacious for targeting the abs. Not only do you have to maintain a strong core you have to stabilize from the variable movements.

You spine is supposed to move in all direction, but if you train with bad pattering then you express that same default pattern when something out of the ordinary happens and you have to respond quickly!

There’s some serious moves going down in the kitchen this morning!
