☉ Fruit and sunshine is definitely my favourite combination for happiness! Missing the pre chopped and packed mangoes I lived off in Thailand (they came with a dry salt and chilli type dip?!) and the mango & coconut water smoothies that kept me hydrated whilst I strolled around the markets. The mangoes looked different over there but tasted just as excellent! Appreciating mango season no matter what part of the world I'm in.. I whipped this up when I got home! 🌴

Salad is fennel, mint, rocket, pomegranate & mango with a red wine vinegar, olive oil and black pepper vinaigrette.

Have you tried parsnip rice? It’s a great alternative to cauliflower rice. This is an easy and delicious raw salad and comes together in about 5 minutes in a blender. (I use a thermomix). Peel and roughly chop 1 carrot and 1 parsnip, 1/2 a lemon and large handful of parsley. Chop to rice like consistency in blender. Divide between 2 bowls. Add olive oil, rock salt, toasted pumpkin seeds, pickled red cabbage and beetroot relish. So so good. Perfect for this hot Sydney weather today. There has been SO much going around lately! My kids and I have been fighting it off today and oils are playing a big role in this as there are a ton that are super supportive to your immune system- helping it to fight off threats and get rid of the crud faster. Many people ask what I use for immune support and honestly I switch it up a lot- reason for this is that your body responds differently to each oil and gets support in different ways so its always a great idea to give it different options. Each of these oils helps support your immune system-great for kids and adults!
For daily support I use on guard to support our immune systems but when we need additional support (for instance during this time of year) or are coming down with something I add in a few of these other amazing immune support oils. My suggestion is to pick 3-5 to utilize whether in a veggie capsule (1-2 drops each a few times per day when sick) or make yourself a roller bottle to roll on your feet and spine (and for the kids too!)
Here are a few of my favorite combos-
• on guard, melaleuca, oregano, frankincense
• on guard, aborvitae, melaleuca, lemon
• On guard, black pepper, Melissa, copaiba
(approx. 10 drops each for an adult in a 10ml roller topped with FCO, cut in half for a child, one drop each for a baby)

When I eat well I feel healthy, happy, strong and confident that I can tackle whatever the universe throws my way - or whatever my kids throw my way!! 😉👶🏼👶🏻🤪🤪 Good nutrition is essential for our bodies and our brains to function at their optimum level. I know only too well how easy it is to take shortcuts, but I also know how easy it can be to nourish my body in the best way possible - sweet potato toast with avo, spinach, cottage cheese, chilli, S&P for lunch took virtually the same amount of time it takes to make anything else on toast!! Looking after my body like this, as well as pumping my blood full of amazing whole food nutrients with my magic beans errrry single morning is super comforting. Happy from the inside out!

I can’t even put into words what a blessing our essential oil community has been in my life. I’ve been doing a pretty intense detox with my doctor for Lyme and one of the side effects has been increased Fibromyalgia-like pain in my legs which makes it very hard to concentrate on anything. One of my friends tagged me in a pain webinar in our group and in it I learned about a “Liquid Morphine” roller blend. The recipe called for 15 drops Marjoram, 15 drops Lemongrass, and 15 drops Frankincense and said you could add Deep Blue or Copaiba if you want. I didn’t have Marjoram, so I did 15 drops Lemongrass, 15 drops Frankincense, 10 drops Deep Blue, and 5 drops Copaiba and filled the rest with fractionated coconut oil. After rolling it on my legs, I mixed a drop of Black Pepper into my lotion and layered it over the top because the cold amplifies the pain and Black Pepper has warming properties. This combo gave me immediate relief. If you suffer from body aches, I encourage you to try some of these oils and see which combo works best for you. I’ve got the Marjoram on order along with the Deep Blue complex, so I’ll report back and let you know how those work as well.

Right? How often do you find yourself in that trap? Stop! Right now, I urge you to stop! It's not worth it. How often do we see people post the horrible things that happen in their lives, or even on a daily basis? So we can't compare ourselves to peoples perfect lives on social media. I too have found myself in this trap. The moment I gave that up, I found my true joy. You guys know how open I am about my own struggles, and because all this world is looking for, are people they can relate too. People they can cry to that understand, and people that have a listening ear and encouraging voice to share with others that they can do it! Find those people. They do exist! Be happy with you, and follow people that inspire you!! You don't deserve to feel less than! You deserve pure happiness, and that truly comes from within! ❤️️
