HellO #fitfam ✊🏻 Mein Kaiserschnitt ist nun 6,5 Wochen her, ich war bisher in den letzten 10 Tagen 5x beim Training. Bisher nicht einmal Muskelkater gehabt - keine Ahnung wieso. Aber ich habe während des Trainings ein saugutes Körpergefühl. Die Karten sind neu gemischt und ich weiß noch nicht, wo meine Form diesmal enden wird. •Makeup Remover/General Face Cleanser•
This might be one of my favorite recipes ever. It leaves your skin feeling sooooo smooth and nourished.

R E C I P E
4 TBSP Witch Hazel (I use Thayers Original Unscented)
2 TBSP Vitamin E oil
2 TBSP fractionated coconut oil
3 TBSP purified water
10 Drops Lavender

This jar from the target dollar spot is actually a spice shaker and has the plastic lid with holes underneath the metal cap. I place a round cotton pad on it, tip it over, and use. You'll be surprised how much dirt/makeup comes off even AFTER you think you've already washed your face. 😬 No need to rinse when done. Enjoy!

Hey guys! I wanted to introduce myself in case we don't know each other in "real life." I'm Bradey. I'm a 30-something mama of 3 from Oklahoma. I was once a teacher turned boutique owner ( @magnolialaneboutique ) and now I lead a team of oily guys and gals called Magnolia Lane Essentials. Working from home is crazy some days, but so much fun! .
I love to take pictures. I love to write. I don't think more than a few days go by where I don't go to my husband with the phrase "hey I have an idea!" Which means we have a never ending slew of projects that we're tackling together. ☺️ I naturally think outside the box and I've noticed I tend to approach things a little differently than people around me because of that. I'm a natural introvert which makes social media and connecting with you online SO my jam. 🙌🏼 .

I tend to work really hard for super long stretches and then check out for "total vacations" where I just unplug for days and let my heart and body recoup. .
I'm really curious about people around me and I tend to ask a lot of "Oprah couch questions." 😅 This makes people surprise themselves with how they open up to me, and getting to know people on a deep level makes me like I can love others better. .

Being vulnerable with sharing this, but this is the email check in I sent @blueblairyfitness this morning. Just to show you that no matter how “together” I “seem” to have it, or how long I’ve been at this, I still struggle a lot. Yes, I’ve lost a lot of weight on my own before ever hiring a coach. And I’ve kept it off for some time now. But I still have phases where I get in my head & can’t seem to move past them. I did really well for a long time not letting my emotions guide my choices with food {which was a bad habit I had when I was overweight}, but honestly this year has been tough in that aspect. I’ve let myself get a bit overwhelmed at times, too much in my head & heart. Sometimes you just have to sit with that discomfort to be able to move through it to the other side. Until you decide it’s not what is serving you. • As I’ve learned in my own experience coaching other women, most of the hard work is figuring out all the internal before we can be successful in getting to the outside work. Don’t be ashamed of needing to move through the tough stuff. It’s what makes your results sustainable over the long term 💕
