Я чуть не проглотила язык 👅😊. Торт получился изумительный 😍. Только!!!! Очень сладко, я бы порекомендовать на половину сократить подсластители.

Here is the recipe of raw chocolate tart

Ingredients:

For the base:

300g pecans or almonds (raw and unsalted)
1 tsp sea salt
200g soft juicy dates
For the filling:

4 medium-sized ripe avocados
150g virgin coconut oil
Vanilla powder or extract
200g raw cacao powder
Pinch of salt
300g coconut sugar, maple syrup or agave nectar to taste

Instructions:

1. Blend the almonds or pecans in a food processor, add the salt and the dates and blend until the mixture is like “dough” or until it forms a ball.

2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a mould. A silicon mould is best as it’s easy to get the tart out once it has set. Cover and leave to harden in the freezer until you are ready to pour on the filling.

3. For the filling:
Blend all the filling ingredients until smooth and pour onto the base. (If your coconut oil is solid, melt it first on a very low heat or in bowl of hot water.) 4. Set in the freezer for one hour. After that the tart should be firm enough to slice up.

5. Serve with fresh berries on top and a dusting of cacao powder.

Is bread unhealthy? 😱
It depends, but the fear many people have for bread 🍞 is beyond healthy. 🤔 As with everything it depends on which type if bread, how it's made, what it's made from and how much you eat, why and how. 😊

Apple and seed bread 🍎
1/2 cup oats
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 grated apple
1/3 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 cup kefir or plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey
Seeds for topping

Oven 180 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add kefir/ yogurt and honey. Grate the apple and that in as well. Place the mixture in a baking dish as on the photo above. Sprinkle seeds and let it bake for 70 minutes or until it's done. Enjoy slowly as soon as it's ready. 😋

Ich hoffe euch geht es allen gut! Ich war von Samstag bis gestern erkältet und konnte leider nicht zum Sport 😫
Heute wird es leider auch nichts, aber ja vielleicht morgen?!😍
Sonst gibt es nicht viel zu erzählen, ich war gerade so zum “spaß“ auf der Waage und hatte 1,1Kg weniger drauf seit dem letzten mal (einmal rechts wischen)👊👌😍 aber klar, man soll sich nie auf die Zahlen der Waage verlassen, da Muskel mehr als Fett wiegen ABER ich freue mich trotzdem😍😍

Paleo Mug Cake

2 TBSP almond flour, 1TBSP Cacoa, 1/8 tsp Baking Soda, 1 1/2 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup & 1 egg. 90 seconds in the microwave, add any toppings you'd like Almond Butter is an awesome choice!

Porridge➡️cocinamos a fuego medio/alto 20g de copos de avena, 20 de harina de avena sabor galleta y un poco de jengibre y canela en 250 ml. De bebida vegetal de almendras sin azúcar. Removemos con las varillas y añadimos 100g de claras. Seguimos removiendo enérgicamente hasta conseguir el espesor deseado.

Brownie➡️Trituramos un huevo, 20g de claras, medio plátano muy maduro, 15g de harina de coco, 10g de harina de avena sabor Ferrero, 5g de cacao desgrasado, 10g de crema de almendras y una pizca de levadura. Engrasamos una sartén bien caliente con aceite de coco, echamos la masa y cocinamos a fuego medio/alto y tapado. Cuando podamos acabar de sellar por el otro lado estará listo. Lo dejamos poco hecho para que quede más jugoso. .

De toppings fresas, cremas de almendras con cacao, más cacao desgrasado tamizado y coco fresa.

The combination of honey and garlic is music to my tastebuds, but you know what’s even better than that? We have a 20 minute dinner on our hands tonight. That’s why I love cooking seafood for dinner so often: it’s quick. The shrimp takes a whopping 5 minutes to cook on the stove, while the marinating takes another 15.

Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (I use reduced sodium)
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
optional: 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 lb medium uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 teaspoons olive oil
optional: chopped green onion for garnish
