Here’s the thing. I thought I needed to go to a gym in spend my mornings working out. I linked more time spent in the gym with more results. I thought I was doing it right. Boy, was I wrong.🚫

I had not a clue nor a plan for rapid results which is what this busy mom on the run needed. Luckily I’m stubborn. And, I kept searching ... & decided to give these at home workouts a try.🎮

I had a calendar of workouts made just for me with workouts that I could do in a half hour. I was such a skeptic, but stuck to it & holy mackerel, here I am years later.🌀

Now, I support groups full of women who were just where I was & I’m doing the newest & most effective workouts you can get your hands on for rapid results.💯
