Mai reggelim különösen finom. Magas hústartalmú sonka, cottage cheese, zöldségek és chia magos rombusz. A legfinomabb zsömle az, amit magamnak sütök, de tegnap hosszú volt a nap, örültem, hogy az ebèd megfőzésére van időm. A mandarinokat napközben fogom eszegetni. #wellnesswednesday Stop hating yourself. Try loving yourself instead. Treat yourself like you would a family member or friend. With empathy love and compassion. You are not a failure because you ate a bar of chocolate. You ate some food, you didn’t hurt anyone. Stop feeling guilty and a better relationship with food and with yourself will come naturally. It’s hard to get out of the mindset of certain foods being ‘bad’ and that i shouldn’t eat them at all and when i do i am a failure. Dinner tonight was a winner! My fuel for today was this bowl of vegan nut-free pesto pasta with avo, sautéed asparagus, broccolini and cherry tomatoes 😋 for the pesto I simply blended 1 handful of basil, 1 handful of spinach, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 2 cloves of garlic, the juice of half a lemon, 2 heaped tbsp nutritional yeast, 1tsp of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste!! Defiantly my go to pasta dish at the moment - enjoy :)

So I thought I'd share this because it's been a pretty awesome achievement for me. 💪 ✔️ = Correct meal (within my own healthy diet plan) ❌ = Bad meal (anything that doesnt fit within my diet) and obviously there are none cause I've been good all week :D
I've been trying to keep myself accountable with my training and eating because I'm the type of person that'll eat a couple of good meals and think "oh I've eaten healthy all week, I can treat myself" when it actually not the case. 🙊

A wise person once told me (@jeremy.human.health.pro ) that each meal is an opportunity, if you eat 3 meals a day x 7 days that's 21 opportunities to eat right. And I'll never forget that. I no longer look at healthy days or a healthy week. I look at healthy meals. And it totally helps that mindset that if you have one bad meal in a day it doesn't mean the whole day is a write off. I think we've all done the "oh I ate a shit lunch, may as well give up on the rest of the day" and eat another crap meal. 🍔

Anyways, this is what helps me stay accountable. And to also make sure I'm eating ENOUGH cause I have a habit of hardly eating (believe it or not) the goal is to get to 4 meals.
