Unpopular avoid getting sick you can't just take a pill or drink a shake. You have to look at your overall lifestyle and make improvements (I like to look at what I eat, avoid, and stress!). I’m trying to prep my mind mentally for the #whole30 program. Here some info about the #whole30 that I will be starting Friday.
There’s lots of info in there but it’s good to do research before you commit to anything cold heartedly.
I’m prepping for this new and challenging change. I want to take control of the types of food I consume. This program will give me the edge I need.
And like the program says’s only 30 days. I’ve done similar things I can do this.

Peppermint hot chocolate is a favorite in our house. As soon as it starts getting cold the boys start asking about hot chocolate.
We have a little one who is sensitive to dairy so we love to use chocolate cashew milk and just warm it up on the stove. Add a drop or two of peppermint vitality essential oil (a little goes a long ways) and you have the best hot chocolate ever!

Random clean out the fridge dinner with so many sweet potatoes cause I can’t get enough of them 👅✨ Roasted purple sweet potatoes, a big piece of salmon, and the superfood pilaf from Trader Joe’s that has quinoa, red bell pepper, carrots, and kale👌🏻

I was truly living the lazy Sunday life yesterday and that lazy life almost carried over into Monday BUT I got my booty out of my comfy bed and I’m heading to the gym. It’s all about pushing yourself even when you don’t want to 🤷🏻‍♀️
