Such a yummy taco salad for lunch 🥗 I went out to eat a couple times this weekend but I am becoming more and more comfortable with it. It’s scary at first but time after time doing it. I know it's sorta see through so sorry in advance but the light isn't helping🙈
As embarrassing as it is to post this picture and I might get rude comments but I'm so proud that I am posting it.We all start somewhere and I feel many people forget where they started on their journey.stay humble.✌
This time around when losing weight,I'm expecting the stretch marks,learning much more patience as I go,and this time around I know I will have some extra skin.But that's okay 💜Because i loved myself enough to get my life and health back on track,and that's worth all the stretch marks,all the patience I will need for this long journey,and the skin I'm expecting I'll have.

Sometimes I do up a dish real fancy, other times I open a can of tuna over a bed of rice and call it good. My meals don't always look amazing, but that's just fine by me! Sometimes I'm a busy gal so I have to have the goods on hand to make the quickest dish I can think of!
I'm a huge fan of convenience. I don't have a stove or oven, but I do have a microwave! This means buying foods that I can whip up real quick like frozen, microwavable veggies + steamable rice packets + cans of soup + frozen meatballs! Those dishes aren't ever pretty, but they're tasty and that's all I really need!
I had this plate about a week ago! It's was literally just a packet of @seedsofchange_us brown rice and quinoa with garlic + can of @chickenoftheseaofficial light chunk tuna. Two things, Nothing fancy! Just a quick dinner for a busy lil bee! 🐝

Customized Catering! Catered events are getting greener! Don't let your party food make everyone sleepy... with food from Grabbagreen, your event will have MORE energy!! Made a vegan veggie quesadilla yesterday for lunch and it was pretty freakin’ good!! Satisfies the cheezz 🧀 cravings and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated and gross.💃🏻
• Chop desired veggies (I did sweet bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion) place on baking sheet. Toss with coconut or olive oil and season with salt, pepper, dried oregano, garlic, and coriander. Roast @400 F till tender. (Roughly 10-15 min)
• Grab 2 small flour tortillas. Brush one side of each tortilla with coconut oil and place one of them on a baking sheet (oil side down).
• Add veggies to tortilla and top with lots of @daiyafoods vegan cheese. Cover with other tortilla (oil side up) and place back in oven for 5-7 min or till crispy. 🧀 Cut in half and enjoy with your favorite salsa, some fresh pico, or even some @ghughessugarfree bbq sauce!

Sunday scaries ain’t nothangggg over here 🙌🏻 ever since cooking my salmon in the cast iron, I’ve been obsessed with doing the same with all my protein - a little salt, pepper, and garlic creates the best crust on any meat 😍 We also made sautéed kale in avocado oil and seasonings and roasted up some white sweet potato fries. Topped with some Thai coconut curry hummus and we had a full meal ready in less than 30 minutes🕺🏼Hope everyone has the best Sunday night! ♥️
