This Asian Slaw is so quick and easy to make but tastes fantastic and is brilliant for a party. It will go with plenty of nibbles and you can add tofu, salmon, prawns or shredded meats to it to ring the changes if you like. Also fab if you have an Asian spiced burger. Add black rice to make it more filling for a packed lunch too. It’s the easy dressing which makes it pop.

Dairy free pizza heaven😍🍕 Lunch yesterday did not disappoint . I loved tying out a new “cheese” I added sweetcorn + artichoke🙏🏼 I want too touch on intuitive eating in my recovery because it hasn’t been possible. I read a lot that we should just “ eat intuitively “. I tried this out but more times than not my ED would butt in and tell me I’m not hungry etc. For years I lost complete touch of any sort of food signals + I am pretty sure it’s going too take the same time too built those signals back up. Intuitive eating is not for everyone + definitely not for me right now, I’m going too stick too my meal guide too keep myself safe + if you have too aswell then don’t worry, it’s not bad, it’s not good, it’s just where we’re at NOW. I have a loooooong day of studying today, so I’m fueling up with some avocado toast to get me goin🤓
Sprouted whole grain bread, one teeny tiny avocado mashed and seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and lemon, and topped with everything but the bagel seasoning (all from @traderjoes) alongside a cup of coffee and some egg whites for added protein😌
Side note: They opened a Trader Joe’s 5 minutes from my house at school and it was a life changing experience that place is freakin amazing

ขอบคุณ @foodfit4firm มากๆนะคะที่ส่งอาหารคลีนมาให้ทานถึงบ้าน เหมาะมากๆสำหรับคนที่ขี้เกียจทำอาหารอย่างเมย์🤣 แค่เข้าเวฟ2-3นาทีก็ทานได้ละ สะดวกรวดเร็ว จานนี้คือ “สปาเกตตี้โฮลวีตซอสใบโหระพา” คะ🍝 ชอบเส้นมาก ปกติที่เคยต้มเส้นโฮลวีตทานเองจะค่อนข้างต้มยากเพราะเส้นโฮลวีตจะมีความแข็งกว่าปกติ แต่อันนี้ต้มมานุ่มกำลังพอดีเลยคะ เนื้อไก่มาเน้นๆเลย เครื่องแน่น อร่อยแถมดีต่อสุขภาพ อิ่มท้องนาน และไม่อ้วน ร้านนี้เมย์แนะนำจริงๆคะสำหรับคนที่อยากคุมอาหารแต่ไม่ชอบทานอาหารคลีนเพราะรสจืด อันนี้ไม่จืดชืด รสชาติไม่แพ้อาหารปกติเลยค่า👍

Intermittent fasting. It’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle. So don’t think of it as a short term fix. It’s a lifestyle change but well worth it. Anyone can do it even if you don’t want weight loss. The boost intermittent fasting gives to your body is incredible. Start slow maybe just three meals a day no snacking/grazing.

Hey babes! 😄
I've been asked about my "diet" a lot over the past few weeks. Here's the truth: I don't follow a diet! 🚫
I eat a variety of fruit and veggies, proteins, fats and carbs. I drink a lot of fluids, including ☕ obvs. I don't restrict myself, but I do try and steer away from dairy, refined sugar and high GI carbohydrates.
So, if I feel like eating cake, I'm gonna eat cake. I'm just not going to eat cake every day! 😉🍰
I eat 5 to 6 well-balanced small meals every day (I get hungry often) and have a glass of water with each meal. .
The thing for me honey's is this: we only have this ONE LIFE. And I'm going to enjoy mine! I eat food that is tasty and healthy 80% of the time. And if I feel like indulging and have a chocolate brownie, I'm not going to obsess about it! I refuse to stop living my life and having amazing experiences because of dietary restrictions.
We are more than a stupid little number on a scale or a dress size. We are STRONG, INTELLIGENT, WITTY, FUNNY and CONFIDENT. Those are the qualities that we should celebrate.
