INGREDIENTS
✅ 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack
✅ 1 frozen Banana
✅ 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
✅ 2oz Almond Milk
✅ 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
✅ 1/4 tsp Ginger
TOPPINGS
✅ Sliced Strawberries
✅ Sliced Apples
✅ Sliced Banana
✅ 2oz Granola
✅ Chocolate Drizzle (for the good kids)

DIRECTIONS
1⃣ Blend the Pitaya, Rolled Oates, frozen Banana, Almond Milk, Cinnamon and Ginger in a blender on medium to high for 30 seconds or until desired consistency.
2⃣ Pour blend into a bowl.
3⃣ Add the desired amount of toppings on top of the mix.
4⃣ Lite Chocolate Drizzle on top and ENJOY!

Lavender has calming and healing properties. It can soothe irritated skin and repel both fleas and ticks. The compounds present in lavender oil are powerful so very small amounts are needed. Lavender is also used for aromatherapy. 🙌✨.

ensalada ceasar con hummus de remolacha
La remolacha la corte en pedacitos y la lleve al horno por media hora.
La pechuga de pollo la condimente con sal y pimienta, sellé con oliva y después baje el fuego a mínimo y le puse el jugo de 1 limón y tapé la sartén.
Para la salsa ceasar: 1 cuch de mayonesa, 1 cuch de queso crema, sal, cúrcuma, perejil, aceite de oliva.
El hummus lo hice mezclando la remolacha con 1/2 taza de garbanzos, cucharada queso crema, sal, chorrito de agua y aceite de oliva.
