Pasta de grão de bico com páprica!

Ingredientes:
2 xícaras de grão de bico cozido
½ xícara de A Tal da Castanha caju + Pará
1 colher de chá de páprica picante
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 colher de sobremesa de tomilho seco
Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto

Modo de Preparo:
Bata todos os ingredientes no processador até formar uma pasta macia e homogênea.
Acerte a textura incluindo, aos poucos, mais A Tal da Castanha caju + Pará.
Acerte o sal e pimenta a gosto. Sirva com torradas, como recheio de sanduíche ou acompanhando uma salada.

Here’s how I portion my fats... with my thumb.⠀

I usually put 1-2 thumbs of healthy fats on my plate.⠀

Our hands are proportional to our bodies so they are a good measure of our nutritional need.⠀

For instance, a 6 foot 5 inch mans probably needs more protein than me at each meal. He probably also has larger hands than me. So... it works out pretty well.⠀

Chia Pudding Nice Cream with Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls 💙
The chia pudding is made with:
🌱 1 cup of Almond milk
🌱 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
🌱 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
🌱 The red layer is raspberries
🌱 The purple layer is blueberries
🌱 Topped with banana chia nicecream, blueberries and bliss balls.

Bliss Balls Recipe
🌱 1 can of chickpeas
🌱 1 teaspoon of vanilla
🌱 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
🌱 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
🌱 1 cup of oat flour (or rolled oats)
🌱 4 tablespoons of cacao nibs (or dairy free chocolate chips)
🌱 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
🌱 1/4 cup of coconut shreds

Instructions
🌱 In a high speed blender or food processor, blend rolled oats into flour.
🌱 Blend 3/4 of the flour, chickpeas, maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter.
🌱 Melt together the cacao nibs and coconut oil.
🌱 In a large bowl, combine the wet mixture, remaining flour and melting chocolate mixture.
🌱 Take tablespoon sized drops and roll into small balls. Roll in coconut shreds.
🌱 Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
