spinach artichoke grilled cheese with a healthy twist @silverhillsbakery

Recipe👇
Handful frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out, chopped
2 marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ cup grated firm tofu
½ cup Daiya mozzarella shreds
2 slices Hemptation bread

Coconut oil or vegan buttery spread

Sauté spinach, artichoke and garlic in pan until fragrant and warmed through. Mix with tofu and mozzarella shreds. Sandwich between two slices of #sprouted Hemptation bread, spread the outside with coconut oil and grill until cheese is melted. 👇Buy ingredients👇

One hell of a tasty keto dinner tonight! One pan cheesy taco skillet: onions, green peppers, zuchinni, ground beef, garlic, can of tomatoes and green chili's, taco seasoning, kale and spinach, all on top of a bed of spinach and topped with fresh tomatoes, olives, cheese, and hot sauce. About 330 calories per serving, and about 9 net carbs. And it makes a TON! And for dessert, my first attempt at kale chips, and they're fantastic! Did a big #foodprep full of yummy, healthy #meals to start this week off right! Sunday dinner defiantly did just that🍕👌🏻Sauté onion and garlic with Italian seasonings and chili flakes🌶Turn heat off and add diced pepperoni, black olives and spinach. Slice chicken breast just below from the top. Zoodles are on the menu for tonight. I hate wastage though so I’ve taken the middle bits that don’t quite make it and cut them up for a Soup later in the week.
