Beautiful and vibrant garlicy kale salad with pumpkin seeds, chilli and lemon zest🍋 Fresh and tasty☺️
This is what happens when one of your local officers posts about his protein donuts.... You just have to try it yourself!
4 scoops whey *I used @prosupps
Glazed donut whey*
6 TBL coconut flour
1 tsp stevia
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 TBL unsweetened applesauce

4 Tbl natural pb
2 tsp stevia
Whip together and thinned with water to desired consistency. Decorate with mini chocolate chips.

Mix well, spoon into pan and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. I have the bigger donut pan and this recipe made 7 total. The perfect amount for meal prep, one for each day of the week! Breakfast is done!

I'm storing mine in the fridge, we'll see if this is a good idea tomorrow. First attempt at making these so figuring it all out. It didn't take long and was pretty easy to make. Looking forward to playing with the recipe, trying new toppings, using different whey brands and flavors.

Next week I'm cracking open a grenade Milk Chocolate Carb Killa spread and grabbing some colored jimmies!!!!! Yessss!

I have been feeling so run down recently in every aspect of my life. I’m learning how to cope and manage with stress but it isn’t always easy, and that’s ok. Sometimes you just have to put your health and well-being first, like I did this afternoon with my sister whilst my parents did the food shop. Getting out of the house and relaxing for half an hour is just what I needed (aka coffee and fresh air). Back home now and resting☕️☺️
Got a tad carried away on the cardio this morning!

I’ve been neglecting my blog recently and I really want to re-motivate myself with it. So, I’ve had a little bit of a revamp and will be uploading a post tomorrow. I’m so fortunate to be able to share my experiences with people and I really need to start doing what I love again, which is raising awareness for mental & chronic illnesses.
