Is there anything peanut butter doesn’t taste amazing on? Toast, banana muffins (like these ones!) in smoothies, on a spoon...? But seriously our PB consumption is out of control. One thing we don’t have to worry about over doing? These banana spelt muffins! Made using only the good stuff! We need to do one more test run to make sure the recipe is 🤩🤯🤪 but promise to get them to you ASAP. Alternatively if you’re desperate DM us and we’ll happily send through our slightly unrefined recipe!

Banana-Chocolate Muffins with Peanut Butter Frosting 🍌🍫🥜 These are perfect for breakfast or a late night snack when that dessert craving hits. l made these 3 times before l was satisfied enough to share the recipe, so here it is! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For the muffins:
2 brown bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
salt and cinnamon to taste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix wet ingredients together and dry ingredients together, then combine them. l broke up pieces of a @theochocolate dark chocolate bar and stirred that in as well. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

For the “frosting”:
2 tbsp pb2
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Quien ama los muffins? Más que yo? No creo que haya alguien... 🤣🤔😍. Pensaba que comer sano implicaba tener un remordimiento de conciencia al comer muffins especialmente los de blueberries que eran los que más compraba.
Hoy en día entiendo que puedo comer de cualquier sabor preferiblemente cuando los hago yo. Uno de estos equivale a una porción de Grasa saludable💙 y 1 porción de fruta 💜. Es conveniente comer este grupo de alimentos en la mañana para poder quemar la energía que me darán durante todo el día. 😜👌🏼 ok?, (específicamente el 💜) Pero si tal vez eres que como yo, que los antojos de algo dulce me atacan tardecita o noche, y si no haz consumido todas tus porciones de esa categoría en el día, está bien comer 1 muffin en la noche y sin remordimientos🙌🏻💗 Además pensando que haya hecho tus ejercicios del día! Recuerda que hacer ejercicios debe ser como el ritual de cepillarse los dientes.

Como hacer eso en mi vida ajetreada que apenas tengo tiempo de descansar? -Si hay como! Déjame ayudarte! 🤝 (Receta Muffins de Banana 🍌 : * Precalentar horno a 350F * 2 huevos, 1 1/2tazas de harina de almendras, 2 bananas medianas machacadas, 3/4 de una manzana mediana picada, 1/2 cdita de bicarbonato, 1/2 sal rosada. * Mezclar los ingredientes secos luego los húmedos y luego mezclar los dos; agregar la manzana picada. * Preparar donde vas a hornear los muffins con aceite. * 18 a 20 min en el horno, dejar enfriar. * Disfrútalo como desayuno o snack. )

PB BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 🥜🍌🍫! The EASIEST one bowl muffins you’ll ever make, promise. — I’ll be honest with you, my plan was to make cookies but the cookie consistency just wasn’t workin’ out. These are healthy and subtly sweet, which is exactly how I like ‘em 😋. *I highly recommend eating them warmed up, as the flavors come out more when warm. You can even spread more PB on them too 🙃.* Peanut butter, banana, and chocolate will forever be my favorite sweets combo💘. Ingredients and directions will be in the comments👇🏼

These were pretty impressive! They definitely tasted a bit healthier (not as sweet) but I think I prefer that now that I'm not eating as much processed foods or sugar. I've never made a healthier option to a baked good, and I have to say, I like them!!! The recipe does say cinnamon is an option, but I think it's a must! It adds some flavour, and cinnamon has sooo many health benefits! I actually take cinnamon capsules 3 times a day to help battle my PCOS. It helps to control blood sugar levels, therefor fighting insulin resistance 💪🏼 #baking #healthybaking #istheresuchathing #bananamuffins #healthybananamuffins #dairyfree #refinedsugarfree
Ps. The recipe is for 24 mini muffins. I actually tripled the recipe, to make 30 regular sized muffins (so we could freeze them) and I adjusted the cook time to 23 min 👌🏻

I love that I made a double batch! These are the same recipe as yesterday. Just a different nut on top. I also used up the last over-ripe banana and made a batch of banana blueberry muffins with almond extract, for tomorrow. Mmmm!

Each recipe makes 5-6 muffins!


1oz oats
6oz mashed banana
1 egg
2oz milk
1/8 of each-baking soda and baking powder
Dash of salt
Cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg
0.5oz nuts for the top


Combine the banana, milk, egg, bs, bp, salt and spices.


Fill greased muffin tins and add nuts on top. Bake 25-30 min at convection 350*.


I ate 6 this morning and that was one serving! •

Edit to add that I made these the night before. I like them chilled and set before trying to remove them from the pan.

Serious banana nut muffins for breakfast! Totally BLE approved!
Each recipe makes 5-6 muffins!


1oz oats
6oz mashed banana

BANANA WALNUT MUFFINS🍌🌰 - a close friend of mine recently said that banana bread reminds him of his Jewish friends because we all love banana bread and HE WAS SO RIGHT😂 so I decided to make these because the Jewish ✡️ in me loves some good banana bread👅 these came out soooo moist🤤- hubby even loved them🤗!! (He’s my biggest critic when it comes to “healthified”- yes, I just made that word up- recipes).

do it👉🏼mix all ingredients in a bowl:
🍌 2 mashed bananas 🍌1/2 cup coconut flour 🍌 2 tbsp acacia fiber (cab sub flax seeds) 🍌 2 tbsp greek yogurt (key for moistness)!🍌 1 egg white 🍌about 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 🍌 1 tbsp @artisanaorganics walnut butter (can sub any nut butter or oil like coconut)
🍌1 tsp baking soda 🍌 1 tsp baking powder 🍌 1 tbsp sugar free pancake syrup (I use @waldenfarmsinternational pancake syrup) 🍌 1 tsp vanilla extract 🍌 stevia and cinnamon to taste
NUTRITION FACTS per muffin:

Banánovo-čokoládové muffinky 🍌🍫😇 Včera som bola trošku sklamaná, že tak nenarástli, ako by som si predstavovala, ale po ochutnani mi je to absolútne jedno 😀🙈🙏🏼❤️ sú neskutočne mokručké, s kúskami banánov a čokolády, vo vnútri nadýchané, výborne zloženie, kopec bielkovín.. 👌🏼použila som nový čoko proteín od @monsterfitnessk 😊
SUROVINY
3 veľké zrelé banány (350g)
3 vajcia
3 PL kokosového oleja
Sladidlo (je to osladené banánom a proteínom, tak uz naozaj stači len trošku, ak vôbec 😉)
30g kakaa
50g kokosovej múky
50g ovsenej múky
20g špaldovej celozrnnej múky
50g čokoládového proteínu
1/2 balíčka prašku do pečiva (bez fosfátov)
100g bieleho jogurtu (gréckeho)
100-120ml mlieka
30g 74%-ná čokoláda

POSTUP
V mise zmiesame muky, kakao, protein a prasok do peciva. V inej miske si vyslahame vajcia so sladidlom, pridame popucene banany, kokosový olej a jogurt a premiesame, pridame zmiesane suche suroviny a opat premiesame, podla hustoty cesta doriedime mliekom. Primiešame kúsky čoko, dáme do formiciek, posypeme ešte kúskami čokolády a pečieme ma 180 stupnov asi 20-25 minut ✌🏼️
