Bagel Sandwich goodness

After a few days of adventure and yogurt, it was time for a good egg breakfast.
-
Fresh bagel, fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, chorizo, a zesty tomato sauce and golden hash browns. The hash was super crunchy and not too thick for the perfect combo!

blackened Cajun #salmon with turmeric, sea salt and garlic butter
some basic wild brown #rice
and two #eggs with Parmesan cheese.

Мой перекус между завтраком и обедом, правда скорее всего больше так перекусывать не буду, лучше просто чай попью...
Что-то в этом йогурте все равно не так, хотя в составе только молоко и закваска, а у меня неприятное жжение в желудке от него началось... В общем, не буду его больше пить, именно от Агуши. Так как другие биойогурты я брала и они были и вкусные и ничего плохого мне от них не было... Может это еще связано с тем, что срок подходил к концу, и вообще срок у него месяц...странно очень.
Себе я такое покупать не буду больше (ну итак не я покупала, а принесли) , и своим детям — тем более...

Fro-YO Fruit Bark 🍓🍇🥝
{If you allow the kids to make yogurt bark with you this afternoon, it will be frozen, and ready to eat after dinner tonight.
Kids LOVE to help in the kitchen...and they are more likely to eat their own creations!}

makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups plain Greek, or coconut yogurt
1 Tbsp all natural vanilla extract
2 Tbsps raw honey
6 fresh strawberries, diced
1/2 dragon fruit, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries

Instructions:
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl add yogurt, honey and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.
Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet and spread it with a spatula to level it out.
Sprinkle with the chopped fruit, and berries and freeze for 3-4 hours to overnight.
Remove from freezer for 3 minutes, then chop into bark, and serve, or wrap in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

If you've been following and paying attention to my page, you should have learned by now that disease is a gradual process beginning in early childhood, you don't just wake up one day and have disease.
