Different planks for different folk. Individualisation doesn't have to be an entirely different program. Instead, it can be progressed, regressed or changed to suit individual needs.

It’s okay to fail.

Tried to hit 405(that’s the face you make when you’re pissed off you didn’t hit it LOL) for the first time today in deads, and wasn’t able to hit it. But I did smash a PR of 385. So no worries here 👍🏾

Breath! Working a lot on those contracted holds. Still can see some abs through my bulking phase.
HONESTY: I have been struggling with the balance of food through this. Eating more calories and allowing that to mean more junk food... without guilt.
I have always been dieting. Trying to be leaner. Trying to drop numbers. Trying to avoid this or that. Now, I am working to lift heavier. Eat more. Use every bite as fuel in the gym.
Ladies it is all about balance, consistency and a healthy mindset. #untilibelieveit #balance #foodisfuel #healthymind
