Only the BEST for this body. 👌🏼 Clean whole foods, dense nutrition, antioxidants up the wazoo and it tastes like a turmeric + vanilla + banana + coconut dream come true. ❤️ Now what to name this epic smoothie? I'm thinking turmeric GLOW. Any suggestions?

HORMONE IMBALANCE...Really??? Stress- work-family & relationship presures- processed foods- synthetic hormones- poor sleep- alcohol consumptionsugar intake- lack of exercise- environmental toxins and even childbirth (need we go on...) can all contribute in triggering hormonal fluctuations and IMBALANCE.

Some symptoms of hormone imbalance:

PMS
Mood swings
Breast tenderness
Menstrual irregularities
Anxiousness
Irritability
Mild Anxiety
Symptoms of menopause
Cramps
Bloating
Perimenopause

This is how many calories I should be eating on a day when I do NOTHING. Like sleep/lay on the couch for 10 hours and then sitting/working/maybe some cooking for the remaining 14 hours. No walking the dog, no workouts. Which pretty much NEVER happens. So I should be eating 2000 calories/day FOR SURE. But how often do I get this? Like NEVER. Unless I go out to eat maybe. The reality is, I tend to under eat if I don't keep track of what I am eating.
So right now I have been tracking my calories every so often just to make sure I am EATING ENOUGH. How timely since Thanksgiving is tomorrow!! And eating enough calories to maintain your activity level is incredibly important when it comes to maintaining/reaching a healthy weight as well as achieving balanced hormones and regular periods. Take a moment to pause today and think about it. Visualize it. What does that feel like in your body? ❤️ To feel how we want to feel, we’ve gotta create that space to pause, to be mindful of how we *are* feeling. To me, this is the foundation of a spiritual practice and living your best life. That pause - in the morning, throughout the day, in the evening, whenever and wherever - is the missing piece to you moving forward with love. Forward towards your desires, your goals and a life & body you’re excited about. It all starts with the pause, the space to feel. 💫

When it’s there, my life looks and feels 💯% different. When I lose it and realize it, I send a little smile upwards and a little gratitude inwards - for the possibility to know more clearly how I want my life, body, career and relationships to feel on the daily. To cultivate a deeper desire for peace, sometimes I need to experience chaos and exhaustion. To know the pure bliss of living gratitude, I need to have moments where I’m unsatisfied with where my life is, that again, make me pause and take stock. Consider those “opposite” moments or seasons of your life the imperative nudges to move towards and into your best life. 💫

Digestives issues & food intolerances can be a real burden. First avoid the incriminated ingredients; then slowly re-introduce on occasion & see how your body handles it. As of now, a few slices of swedish bread seem ok, so more avo toasts to the poeple !
