Ohhhh mon dieu je sors d'une séance de Hiit folle 😵 j'ai fais une douche bien froide 🚿 mais je suis toujours essoufflée et ma température🌡 est au moins a 40 😂

What do you do to keep yourself mobile?
In today's world, it's so common to spend hours a day on your phone, at a computer, sat down at a desk and driving for long periods.
Because of this, a lot of people suffer from bad posture, head aches and most common; lower back pain.
Then, after a long day at work, typical gym goers will go to the gym and just tighten those muscles further!
It's so important to get the muscles moving and lengthening and stretching them before any lifting.
But more importantly, it is so important just for quality of life! Don't neglect it.... it's just as important, if not more so than the lifting!

This is my absolute favourite stretch at the moment and helps to combat my tight QL, glutes & open up the hips.

Despite living with #rheumatoid #arthritis for most of my life I have always gravitated towards sports that push my limits...#snowboarding #showjumping #surfing; and have a lifetime of #injuries as a result. But I love to push myself.
A few years ago I found #bikramyoga and it has allowed me the benefit of not only pushing my body and mind but repairing and improving them at the same time.
I recommited to my practice full on recently and realized today was #22 days of practice in the last 35 days. I feel #amazing

I have been supported with homeopathy for over 10 years now, it’s amazing! The first consultation was lengthy and I was prescribed a remedy which suited me and my disposition. Very quickly my recocurring conditions were resolved and have either not returned, or returned in a much milder version. Since then whenever unwell and in need of support I have a go to Homeopath. I just had this coldy/flu thing and was prescribed two amazing remedies Aconite and Gels, although the natural course of illness can take place, these remedies quickly relieved symptoms and got me back on the road to recovery much quicker, thank you Homeopathy!

How to make it is quite easy..
In a pot, put 2-3 big tablespoons of coconut oil. Melt at high heat. Add 1/2 cup of corn kernels. *I used blue corn this time*
Close the lid. (I usually lower the heat in between high heat and medium heat) While it’s popping—-)
(Or prep before) Using a coffee grinder, grind together 1 tablespoon dried basil+1 tablespoon fresh rosemary+1/2 tsp sea salt or pink salt+a pinch of black pepper+1/3 cup nutritional yeast. ...
When the corn is popping and bouncing, give the pot a shake, with the lid still on. Remove from heat as soon as the action is slowing down to make sure it doesn’t burn. ...
Open lid.

Add the dry mix And give it a shake.

Eat up! I usually always add a little bit more salt once done. You can taste and see how to modify! ...

#transformationtuesday Left was graduation in 2012 and right was graduation last summer. I’m a few lbs lighter than last summer now, after gaining weight back at the end of last year, and determined to carry on!

I have no pretty yoga pictures, but documenting my progress helps keeping myself in check to not slack off. I was SO HAPPY and IN SHOCK that my toes could touch the grounddddd. I know there’s so much more to work on and this is just a baby step in the long run, but for now, it’s a leap and I am so happy 😃 all my friends know how stiff I used to be haha
