Self Care Sunday!!! It’s a great day to take time to something a little extra for yourself! Tell me please.... What can you do that will help you feel restored and ready to take on a new week tomorrow?
For me, it’s Sunday Meditation w Snickers and Joy... nice of Joy to not chase Snickers off the bed! Hahaha.

I’m on a 21 Day Streak of ten minutes a Day, w self care Sunday’s I devote more time to it and I’m enjoying the building sense of peace and love❤️❤️

Ihr lieben, die süße Charly @charlys.fitfood hat mich nominiert, fünf Fakten über mich preiszugeben und ich nominiere die Wiener Fraktion @fit_alexis, @quint_essen_z und @_pratolina es mir gleich zu tun.
1.) Meinen ersten Kuchen habe ich mit sieben Jahren gebacken als Muttertagsüberraschung. 🎂 Er wurde zwar ein mittleres Desaster - als erstes zu flüssig, dann etwas verbrannt und schließlich unförmig, weil ich das Verbrannte weggeschnitten habe 🙈 - aber meine Mama hat sich riesig darüber gefreut. Die Backleidenschaft ist mir geblieben, eine Kochleidenschaft ist dazu gekommen und schließlich die große Liebe zum perfekten Start in den Tag: Frühstück! 😍
2.) Ich habe vor mehr als zwei Jahren mit Krafttraining begonnen, um fitter zu werden, abzunehmen und nicht wie meine Oma mit 60 einen Bandscheibenvorfall zu bekommen. Ich habe alle drei Ziele erreicht, denn den Bandscheibenvorfall habe ich letztes Jahr sehr plötzlich und unerwartet erledigt. 😔 Was ich bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht wusste, war, dass meine Halswirbelsäule zu gerade war und es somit nur eine Frage der Zeit war, bis es zu einem Vorfall kommt. Jetzt habe ich ein Titan-Implantat im Hals, einen Implantate-Pass in der Tasche (im Sommer teste ich dann am Flughafen, ob ich piepse) und arbeite daran, wieder ganz fit und beweglich zu werden. 💪
3.) Ich liebe Fernsehserien und bin, sobald ich eine Folge schaue, so süchtig, dass ich die gesamte Staffel so schnell wie möglich schauen muss. 😅
4.) Eine meiner großen Leidenschaften sind Sprachen, auch wenn ich seit Studienende kaum Zeit dafür habe. 🤓 Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und die Österreichische Gebärdensprache und habe auch mal Französisch, Spanisch und Latein gelernt (und mittlerweile wieder verlernt 🙊). 5.) Ich liebe Städtereisen. Die letzten drei Sommer habe ich mir in Deutschland die Füße wund gelaufen und es geliebt. 😄 Meine schönste Reise war allerdings nach Australien, wo ich studiert habe, und Neuseeland. Und auch dort bin ich mir die Städte "ergangen". 💃

Week one is in the books. 🙌

The first photo makes me feel all kinds of emotions. Guilt, embarrassment, shame, confusion, anger, resentment, pain....to name a few. ••
But instead of channeling my energy there and beating myself up about all the “how could you’s” and “wtf happened’s” I’m choosing to focus on how the picture on the right makes me feel after just WEEK ONE. ••
I feel proud, excited, accomplished, energetic, happy, healthy, determined....❤️❤️

And to think I still have 12 weeks to go! 😍 My food has been amazing, the workouts challenging, and the support in our accountability group has been unmatched. ••
Feeling more and more like myself every day and it feels so GOOD to lose the fat and all the emotions that tie to each lb lost. ••
There is STILL time to jump in and join us on this incredible journey!! Don’t wait! I promise it is worth it. If I can, you can. 💕

Made half of a keto bagel breakfast sandwich. I loved it this way but I can only have half due to the calories.
HOLY RESULTS BATMAN! 🙈👍🏻 Now, some people are like, “I’m not showing my results until the 80 Day mark.” Im over here like, ARE YOU KIDDING?! How can you NOT share your incredible progress with the world?! 🙌🏻😍💪🏻 My stomach has ALWAYS been my weak point. The thought of wearing a two piece even grossed me out. BUT I’ve taught myself that with the proper workouts and nutrition, I’ll have my body toned in no time, and clearly that shows! Never did I think I would have my abs poking through after 14 days of having FUN! 💁🏼 So when people ask, “does BeachBody and those shakes you drink, actually work?” 😂 i mean, why don’t You tell me and try it for yourself! 😏💕 because you already know I’m #teambeachbody

Oh I gained 8 pounds back in two years..😂😂✊🏾 So I figured..drop some more.. Tone it up..continue NOT catching colds .. Run up the bank🤑👑 And encourage/ show others HOW to do the same.
