Got in some final acro-nanigans with my girl @gabbysgoing before heading home for Thanksgiving!

I'm excited to spend time with my family and grateful for the support they give me day in and day out.

True health is found in balance, not in extremes. Balance takes work it takes time. Early on its far more difficult than extreme behavior, but with time and practice, the balance will become as simple as breathing.

Today I was really feeling my flow & enjoyed that loose effortless effort. Sometimes when my body is a bit tired I train much better because I have no choice but to relax & surrender to the technique. I ended up connecting a few different combos that I have never connected "cleanish" before. The vision to reality is starting to materialize in front of my eyes. Feels rad!

As usual, what an honour, pleasure and humbling experience to assist @yuval_on_hands at his only UK workshop at the moment. (A yearly visit at Tunbridge Wells amazing studio @fyp.official .) Great insights into his teaching method, which continues to evolve as and with his practice, and new and subtle (yet also game changers, I can tell!) tips for my own handbalancing practice.

I tried all kind of options and this drill is the best one (so far) to reduce/eliminate the twisting I experience on my right side. The idea is the use the wall as a guide to keep the hips/legs in one plane. I started with my hands really close to the wall. I then moved them away with each set. This was the last set. It’s amazing how this works. I am not touching the wall at all but I know it’s there! So I’m careful with each side bend to make sure I don’t touch it! Give it a try 🤸🏻‍♂️
