Some info everyone should know regarding supplements. Supplements to take while aiming for some muscle mass: -Whey Protein (if its a blend, make sure whey isolate is the main form of protein). Take 1 scoop right after training. It should have 24g of protein or above. -Creatine Monohidrate or a blend. Drink lots of water to stop dehydration. Take 1 scoop before or after training. You can take it before and after if the scoop does not exceed 5g. You can take up to 10g per day. The more you take, your water intake should be higher. You can mix it with your protein or preworkout if it is unflavored. -BCAA. Make sure every scoop has 5g-6g of these aminoacids. Take 1 scoop while training. -Preworkout. Optional. If you're tired before hitting the weights, take 1 scoop 20-30 mins before training. If the preworkout already has creatine monohydrate, then only take 1 scoop of the creatine monohydrate mentioned before.
