1) The seated dumbbell press has been a long time favorite lift of mine for the shoulders. There is a challenge with this lift however and it is getting the dumbbells into place.The one arm military press is a different deal. This Works Extremely Well for Low Reps ✅.

2) This is one of the basic exercises with the kettlebell. You can vary the weight, repetitions and tempo depending on your goals. If strength is your goal, do lower reps (1-6 range) with high intensity and frequency. If hypertrophy is your goal, go for a high-rep range (12-15) and eat a lot of meat and calories on the side👍🏼.
