Hiiii✨✨ just thought I’d upload some photos of my developing abs and my glutes🤗🤗 soz for the literal bum in face photo😅 I don’t have a full length mirror at uni but luckily do at home (why the 1st photo’s there... just wanted to prove that lol). ANYWAY, I’m really happy with how I’m starting to get definition all the way down my torso which has taken me so long!💪🏻 It always used to stop at the bottom of my ribcage. I’m also really excited with how my glutes🍑 have grown as I’ve recently been given the all clear to start doing squats, lunges etc again after really badly injuring one of my calf muscles woooo well done Immi...👏🏻👏🏻 I’ve heaavving in revision at the moment for an exam on Friday so I did a little at home work out which still burrned🔥🔥 in fact looking back on it... considering I’d had an insane leg day about 2 days ago I shouldn’t have done any legs today as now I can’t walk... but at least it means they can have lots of rest now before I go home on Saturday and lift some proper weights🏋️‍♀️ Started with glute activators🍑

14 side leg raises
14 single leg hip raises
14 donkey kicks
14 single leg kick backs
Repeat on other leg

3 lots of 16 non-weighted squats with as little break between the squats as possible.
Finish off with 3 lots of 20 frog jumps with 10 second break between lots.
Ab section💪🏻 2 side planks on each side (4 total) 45secs each
1 plank 1.30mins
10 minute fitness blender abs workout no breaks to make it that bit more intense👌🏻 hope you’re all having a great Wednesday🤗✨💖

The best results are the slow results. Those 14 day fat blaster ads on magazine covers or these skinny teas out there do not give you these results. Don’t let them fool you....hard work always wins. No shortcut will get you what you want, or at least it won’t long term. I’m not going to lie and say trial and error hasn’t been a huge part of my journey, cause it has. But what HAS been consistent about my journey is the very word CONSISTENCY itself. I wasn’t perfect everyday but each new day I woke up and decided I wasn’t giving up. I wasn’t going to give into my excuses anymore. 2015 was the year I changed my life. Yes, I was the one who changed it, because it doesn’t just magically change on its own as you sit around wishing for it.
