No #bootybuilding on #humpday for me today. Just got the hump 😤
Another day. Another setback. Again! Injured #gymbunny not funny anymore 😔
It gets really hard to motivate yourself to keep going, when it's constantly one thing after the other, especially when not in your control. It's been a bad start to 2018 healthwise for me, and it's really set me back in my timelines to achieve my goals. Super sad times right now. I've got so much drive, I just can't put it into action! 😢 Staying positive is so hard right now!

Word of advice....
Recently girls are asking for tips on how to gain muscle and size particularly in the leg and glute region. Having once had rather skinning & shapeless legs myself I always wanted to have a curvier physique. Like most I believed ‘tea-tox’, supplement shakes would help me achieve this as many ‘celebrities’ promote this on social media... However these are not going to help you gain muscle, definition and sculpt. Don’t be afraid to fuel your muscles with proteins and good sources of carbs. To grow you need to eat and do a little more than 10 body weight squats every morning🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏽 Happy Humpday🍑

Not been feeling too great today😫😫 which is so frustrating as was really looking forward to hitting the gym hard today but as soon as I’m better that is exactly what I’m going to do 😊😊💪🏻💪🏻
