saya pribadi udah cobain macem2 diet sih, ada yg bikin kurus parah tp no muscle mass hahaha ada yang bikin gede dan super basah, parah dah pokoknya hahaha ujungnya2nya gw custom diet gw sendiri yg sesuai ama badan ak sendiri berdasarkan diet2 yg ak coba2 selama 20 tahun itu hahaha...dapetlah rumusan ak: high protein, high carbs, low fat. dan inget lho ini yang COCOK BUAT GUE, bukan artinya ini cocok buat elu pada. kalian musti cari sendiri yg cocok buat kalian masing2 untuk tujuan yg kalian mau. gue kan tujuannya mau gede kering kayak HULK hahahahaha
jadi bisa dibilang pengalaman gue selama 20 tahun itu nyari2 apa yg cocok buat badan gue, contohnya gini:
- seberapa banyak set yg harus gue pake dalam 1 latihan ?
- seberapa banya rest yang harus gue gunain between sets?
- apa yg bikin gue vascular ?
- cardio jenis apa yg cocok buat gue ?
- makanan apa yng cepet banget bikin gue naik muscle mass nya ? - brp banyak sodium yg gue perlu biar urat nongol semua ?
ini segelintir contoh pertanyaan yg gue bisa jawab dengan mudah karena gue udah kenal badan gue sendiri, dia maunya apa. nah kalo kalian belum bisa jawab pertanyaan2 kayak begitu ke diri kalian masing2 artinya kalian belum kenal badan kalian sendiri, dan disinilah letak dimana FAT LOSS dan MUSCLE BUILDING akan lama, karena masih nyari "jati diri". gue pribadi butuh 20 tahun hahahaha akhirnya nemu what work best buat badan gue, harusnya kalian sih lebih singkat karena sharing pengalaman gue ini bisa memberikan sedikit gambaran lah kurang lebih.

Late night #squats round 3. Did same amount of weight and same amount of reps as yesterday. 160 reps total, 20 per set. I honestly can’t express how good I feel. Now time to eat. #challengeyourself #squats

sharing pengalaman pribadi mengenai fitness: part 1
Sejauh ini, kalo kalian liat caption gw di foto2 sebelumnya, harusnya udah tau yah menurut pengalaman gw kalo pola diet yang terbaik itu adalah diet yang cocok untuk masing2 individu. jadi bisa beda2 tuh dari orang 1 ke orang 100. cari yang cocok aja. nahhhh nyari yg cocok ini BUTUH WAKTU. logika aja, kalo anda mau coba restoran baru, anda pasti cicipi makanannya dulu baru komentar betul ? kalo belum cicipin gimana anda taunya ? hahaha logika sederhana kan...sama sih kayak badan, diet A, B, C, mana yg cocok ? yah cobain aja atu2 pasti ada yg cocok kok. mau mencoba dan berani coba adalah kunci menemukan yg terbaik buat tubuh anda. cobain 1 program diet itu butuh setidaknya minimal 8-12 minggu .... makanya salah satu kunci diet adalah SABAR!
saya kasih contoh lagi yah: gue, si X, Y, dan Z ( 4 orang )
nah, kita berempat cobain program diet namanya "super babon". tujuannya biar kayak babon gembrot. ternyata selama 12 minggu cobain ini diet si X makin gembrot, si Y ga ngefek, si Z makin kurus, dan gw ga ngefek.
Kesimpulan: 1 program diet, HASILNYA BERBEDA2 TIAP ORANG.
apakah program itu jelek ? ya enggak lah buktinya si X makin gembrot di program diet"Super babon"
apakah program itu bagus ? ya engga juga buktinya gw, Y, dan Z ngga ngefek, malahan si Z makin kurus.
jadi disini kalian bisa simpulkan: TIDAK ADA PROGRAM DIET YG JELEK / BAGUS, ADANYA COCOK ATAU TIDAK COCOK. yang paling bagus adalah DIET YG COCOK BUAT ANDA. jadi kalo kalian nemu program diet yg klaim nya cocok buat semua orang yah senyumin aja deh hehehe ( belum selsai, lanjut ke next photo caption )

Because I haven't gym selfied in awhile... just a little update.. I'm currently at 132lbs. This is about 20lbs over my stage weight from my show in July and the heaviest I've ever been. I never really went hard on a bulk. I've usually been very conservative because I was overly cautious with how much body fat I put on. This time around, I plan on pushing my weight to 140 😱 Not going to lie, eating has become a chore, but its gains season baby!!!
