This is the second workout of my 6-day workout routine and I’m focusing on shoulders and traps.

This workout targets each head of the deltoids effectively. It contains a lot of volume, so make sure you’re adapting it to your goal and fitness level.

Day 2 of the Fall FitPlan ✔ completed. Shout out to my girl @ghiller_inchaarg for waking up before the sun came up to tackle the cardio + Ab burnout this morning with me ++ THEN walking over to go do 2 laps of bleachers for our 8 AM Small group❤ she's definitely my bolt babe this fitplan.
