lol snack idea inspired by @nicolecalkfitness
eating is important whether your trying to gain AND lose weight. i like to listen to my body, especially when i’m at work. i deal with customers and i have to be pleasant and it’s hard for me to do that when i’m hangry asf 👺 i don’t count macros, but i try to consider each macro nutrient when it comes to snacking. for example, when eating a mid morning snack, i like to incorporate carbs, and protein. in this case, 2 tomato basil rice cakes, laughing cow cheese, and tuna. if it’s an evening snack, i go for as little carbs as possible and shoot for fat and especially protein. usually i like baby bell light cheese, or my fave low carb hot coco ☕️ snacking gets a bad wrap 🤷🏻‍♀️ just remember to listen to your body and take care of yourselves. remember to eat! your body needs food to function 🙏🏻
