This chocolate fudge was a happy accident 😋 I was trying to make snack balls but accidentally added too much liquid to the mixture 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I poured it into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and sprinkled some @amazifoods plantain chips on top for a nice crunch 🤗 It turned out delicious! Perdón la demora pero les aseguro que valió la pena la espera!
les traigo esta Torta de Nutella 🍫☕🌰 que está para este sábado medio nublado ideal para una serie,cafesito y tortita 🍫☕🌰

Ingredientes 👩‍🍳 .
.
6 huevos separados claras de yemas .
2 sobres de edulcorante stevia @steviatrini .
125 gr. de manteca @laserenisimaok .
350 gr. de Nutella (la pueden hacer ustedes o usar la de mapsa casera) .
1 cucharada de Agua .
100 gr. de avellanas (o de castañas o de almendras) previamente lavadas (por la contaminación cruzada),secas y molidas .
100 gr. de chocolate amargo derretido (yo uso @chocolateaguila ) .

Preparación 👩‍🍳
.
1.Precalentar el horno a 180°C .
2.Aceitar un molde de 13 cm. d diámetro, forrar la base con papel manteca y volver a aceitar (yo prefiero usar fritolin) .
2.Batir las claras de huevo con la stevia hasta que se haga un merengue .
En otro recipiente batir la manteca con la Nutella hasta que el batido resulte cremoso y homogéneo .
3.Agregar el agua,las yemas y la harina de avellanas y batir hasta que la mezcla esté esponjosa .
4.Agregar el chocolate derretido y frío,batir hasta integrar .
5.Retirar de la batidora, agregar un poco de las claras batidas y mezclar enérgicamente con la espátula .
6.Ahora agregar en dos tandas el resto de las claras, y mezclar en forma envolvente .
7. Colocar la masa en el molde y hornear por unos 35 minutos, retirar y dejar entibiar .
8.Desmoldar la torta y colocarla sobre una rejilla hasta que enfríe totalmente .
Una vez fría colocarla en el plato y bañar si es que quieren con choco o dejarlo asi .
9. Si quieren hacer como yo una base de galletitas .

⬇️ 250 gr de galletitas molidas me gustan a mí las @kapackapac junto a 150gr de manteca @laserenisima (MEZCLAR Y TAPIZAR EL FONDO DEL MOLDE ANTES DE VERTER LA MEZCLA)

I slept so well last night and woke up feeling pretty good today! So this breakfast really hit the spot after my bulletproof coffee. Fried @vitalfarms eggs, @bouldersausage reheated in cast iron, spinach and carrot chips sautéed in @mtcapra goat milk ghee, strawberries, and all I could scavenge from my two avocados. 😩

Mamma's Kicked Up Jalapeño Poppers

Hot Italian chicken sausage, chicken bacon, Greek yogurt cream cheese, green onion, water chestnuts, Colby and sharp cheddar cheese. Served with homemade garlic aioli.
These turned out EXCELLENT. It's amazing what happens when you notice leftovers in the fridge and you want to use em up. The possibilities are endless, open your mind to creativity and take a risk. Sometimes the best things are created by accident.
