This weekend I stepped out of my comfort zone by putting on a fairly fancy, blush pink dress and some heels.

I was of course self conscious. Aaron kept telling me to shut it because I looked great. Haha so I did.

And I rocked the shit out of it!

St. Augustine is so beautiful and the food is delicious!

Of course we had to hit up the beach too.

Ive been feeling especially fulfilled and productive lately. I’ve had SO much going on lately but it’s really made me realize how much I am capable of. I’ve got a huge engineering exam in 4 weeks that I’ve been studying for, a competition in 5 weeks that I’m prepping for, work has been absolutely insane, and I’ve got personal stuff I’ve been investing a lot of time in. But it’s all taught me how to prioritize and manage my time. There’s always enough time in the day if you cut out all the sh*t you just don’t need in your life. Make your life YOURS and it will be so rewarding every single day. 🙏🏻✨

Abs, Arms & A$$ Program - Day 35/80

Today’s workouts was almost as hard as giving birth without an epidural! I know because I did it!
So many times I wanted to press pause, be done or half a$$ the move. BUT I knew that it would only HURT my goals.
No one said this was easy but the hurt pain goes away as soon as it’s over.
The regret of not finishing a workout will last a heck of a lot longer!
Try some of these moves with small dumbbells or soup cans ;). And if you’re ready to commit to an actual program with us and find your inner strength, our new group starts in ONE WEEK and I have 2 SPOTS left because I try these groups small and intimate.

Practice makes perfect! Hitting some posing practice on my off day 💃🏻 I’m mostly likely competing in multiple different sanctions so I’m incorporating a little bit of errrthang in my routine as of right now. I’m looking at NPC, NGA, and IPE shows and each sanction has different requirements!
Knowing the required posing routine stances in different sanctions is VERY, very,super duper important and also that you hit those on stage!
