Always be your own motivation. I post this one because I need to motivate myself. Been slacking off my diet and not training 4 times a week. So new week, new goals and new chances 💪🏻💕

Last week I really slacked on my training, I actually only got to the gym twice 😩 don’t even remember the last time I missed that much training! This week I’ve set myself a goal and I will train 6 times and not make any excuses. Killed back day today and feeling so motivated for this week 👌

Do me a favor and hold up 5 fingers 🤚🏻. Put one finger down if you wouldn’t mind losing a few pounds. Put a finger down if you wouldn’t mind building a little more lean muscle. Now put a finger down if you could use a little more energy throughout the day. And another if you’d like to be a little stronger, jump a little higher or run a little faster. And lastly, drop a finger if you’d like to age as beautifully and gracefully as possible... ✊🏻

This was some of that 7am workout that had me so AMPED™ yesterday. Honestly, I didn't even count the weight. I worked up 5 sets w/reps of 25, 15, 10, 8, 3. I just went with what felt right. I can't thank @fitfam_samnyc and @samdroidboi , enough for introducing me to this game changing line of products. I'm feeling better than ever! Bout to go Harambe for real.

Monday’s are all about pb’s riggghhtt? So here’s a lil clip of my last (5th) set of 115kg sumo deadlifts for 4 reps💪🏻 Pls excuse my massive double chins, i seem to be in the habit of looking as UGLY AS POSSIBLE while deadlifting 💪🏻😂. Obvs my form isn’t as great on this final set than it was on my first few, but it’s still a big pb for me to get 5x4 on 90% of my 1 RM🙌🏻 The last rep was a killer 😩😂 Thank you @levi_d_steven for videoing 📸
