YOU, MY BEAUTIFUL FRIEND CHASE FOR YOUR DREAMS AND FLY WITH IT! 😘 I so ❤️butterflies I even have a tiny tattoo of it on my lower back! Lol. I don’t see it often now but as a little girl I used to watch my Lola(grandma) Goya tend to her flower garden and there would lots of colorful butterflies 🦋flying around I would chase them! 🦋 Did you know that it lives only for 2-6 weeks? Happy Sunday everyone!!! Whos up for cardio on this beautiful weekend? Tag your workout partner rite now and kill this Sunday Hi-Reps Challenge!!! I did this with my gym partner @gagaganyong yesterday and it was crazy. But I already changed it abit from yesterday session to be more human-friendly session🙈🙈🙈 LOL. Anyway, r u ready?
So this challenge will be 5 rounds in total. The first one will be:
🔥Start with 5 Mins of single under or skipping and then go into 50 reps of each exercise below (as shown on this video):
🔥50 Crab Hip Lift
🔥50 Deadlift to Curls
🔥50 V Ups (or do sit up if you cant do V Ups)
🔥50 Squat Press
🔥50 (25 each arm) Knee Assist Renegade Rows to Tricep Kickback
🔥50 Kneeling Skier Swings
..that was round 1. Rest for 2 min and start all over again but REDUCE THE REPS into:
4 minute of single under or skipping and 40 reps of each exercise above. And then Rest again for 2 min and start all over again but reduce the reps into 3 minute of single under or skipping and 30 reps of each exercise above, And then Rest again for 2 min and start all over again but reduce the reps into 2 minute of single under or skipping and 20 reps of each exercise above, and the last round will be 1 minute of single under or skipping and 10 reps of each exercise above😱😱💪🏽💪🏽
💖Make sure to keep yourself hydrated and eat enough dinner the day before the exercise (if you goin to do this in the morning) and eat high carbs and protein for da post-workout fuel.
💖Use dumbbells that light enough and suit you best, you can also add more weight each round if your focus also to build strength 💪🏽

If I have learnt anything this year it’s that you’ll gain more satisfaction out of chasing the sunrise, than you will out of seeing how long you can stay up at night 😌

I was looking for photos on my computer the other day and found my boudoir shots. Feels like so long ago!! 😱
Truth is, I freaked out the week before the shoot because I was worried I'd look fat. HA!! Do you ever look back at pics of yourself and think "what was I so worried about? I looked good!" 🙋🏻Yep, I do. It's been a journey since this pic with hormone induced weight gain, having a baby and lots of life changes. But, the cool thing is, I honestly feel better being in my body now than then in a lot of ways. Don't get me wrong, I am still very much working on my #bodygoals and a part of me cant wait to be slender again so I can wear all my clothes BUT I honestly don't think that I will ever be thin and call myself fat again. And, what I finally, finally realized is that my worth is not dependent on how I look. I'm sure I'll go in and out of this realization because hello, I live in society and society is not kind to women and their bodies, but right now, it feels good to be landed in this place. 💖
