Some people will try to stop you from achieving your destiny. They will try to make you feel terrible, challenge you, upset you, disrespect you, guilt you, insult you, try to change you, and manipulate you. Very few people will choose to help you, aid you, guide you, motivate you, inspire you, and make you feel invincible. Find the right people and hold them close. Always remember you have the ability to create any outcome with a positive attitude and mindset. Keep your eye on your goals. Focus on what you are trying to accomplish. Keep pushing forward no matter what set backs you will face. We are all challenged in different ways everyday to test our strength. Weakness is giving up, not trying, and settling. I am so happy to announce I will be making my way to LA in April to shoot for the @redhot100 American Boys Calendar. A great company with a great cause. I will also be setting up multiple other shoots. If you are interested in shooting; I will be booking April 26th-April 30th. So many great achievements yet to come. Look at life everyday as a blessing and always keep your heart full of love to share with the world. 💙🙌🏻

7 pompelmo rosa
300 gr miele
200 gr zucchero
8 gr zenzero
1) Pelate lo zenzero e tagliatelo a fettine. Sbucciate al vivo i pompelmi e tagliate la polpa a pezzetti, facendo quest'operazione su una casseruola per recuperare tutto il succo che fuoriesce e mettendo man mano dentro la polpa ottenuta. Unite lo zucchero, il miele, lo zenzero, mescolate e lasciate riposare per 3 ore. Mettete la frutta sul fuoco e cuocetela a fiamma dolce per 40-45 minuti.
2) Trasferite la marmellata ottenuta nei vasetti sterilizzati, incoperchiateli, capovolgeteli, fateli raffreddare, poi capovolgeteli di nuovo e conservateli in un luogo fresco.

Nota Per disposizione dell'Unione Europea, si usa il termine "marmellata" nel caso in cui la frutta impiegata per la conserva appartenga alla categoria degli agrumi, mentre si parla di "confettura" in tutti gli altri; entrambe si preparano con purea di frutta o con purea mista a pezzi interi. La gelatina invece si ottiene solo dal succo della frutta.
