Here is my WOD for today, nailed it ! Still need to learn this handstand but I will get there👍🏻 day 18th of my #ipromise running slow but steady. p.s. bought myself chocolate 🍫 fix 👍🏻😂 100% cocoa unsweetened powder and had half of tea spoon with my hot coffee ☕️. #armsandabs this morning. Think I might have injured my knees doing to jumping lunges exercise from #legsday. Gonna take it slow and rest it up a little. Have a safe #workout everyone 😘😘😘

We currently have no oven, no kitchen sink, and no dishwasher so....takeout tonight BUT only 4sp, shrimp and veggie entree from the healthy menu at our local Chinese place (steamed and no oil, no seasoning, no butter, no sauce) 1/2 cup steamed white rice (3sp) and added 1 tbs of Thai sweet chili sauce (1sp) 👌🏻
