Saturday workouts happen whenever I can squeeze them in around family time. Today I took the littles bowling with a friend which meant a late workout. No skipping my favorite workout, leg day.

With each little bit obsessed workout I'm getting more excited for 80 Day Obsession. I'm looking forward to finally toning some of my trouble zones and the challenge that these bands & sliders are already bringing.

Yeah it's all on 🔥! Simple moves that will make you want to scream and all in 30 mins! After that I decided to torture myself some more and did T25: Alpha - Cardio.

Find a Way
It is easy to find an excuse not to work out, so it is important to have a routine and stick to it. There are small things that can be done that increase calories burned throughout the day. Examples: taking the stairs instead of the elevator and parking farther away from the door at work or when running errands. Stretching in the morning and/or in the evening is also a good habit to get into. Stretching improves flexibility and decrease chances of injury. If finding time to get to the gym is difficult, try using every day objects found at home such as water bottles and stairs which can replace dumbbells and machines.

Felt much smoother now that I know the moves from last week. Honestly I love the workouts but I can't wait for 80 Day Obsession. I'm looking forward to the longer workouts and the challenge.

Slowly easing my wrist back into lifting. A Week of Hard Labor: Chest and Back done! Felt good to work my back again. My super heavy weights (20s) felt heavier than they used to be but I'll get there again.
