So, how do you build muscles and reduce muscle loss? By resistance/strength training. We think of weight training as a young person’s or a body builder’s activity when in fact the older we get, the more beneficial it is to do strength training and to build/tone our muscles! This is one of the reasons we incorporate weight training into our programmes; because it’s so important to look after our muscles as we get older.😊

With 4 weeks to go to Christmas 🎄 it’s time to set yourself a goal #sexyforsanta time and I want you to be able to enjoy some time with family and friends 🍷 🍹 🍫 and feel 0 guilt because you have killed it in the lead up to Christmas!!! Yes balance is key, but if you can’t enjoy yourself and some time off then what’s the point!! 💁🏼
